Highly recommend this booking. My wife and I stayed for 5 days with our 5 and 3 year old. The place looks just like the pictures. The kids loved the bunk beds. Access to the pools and the beach was excellent. This was our first official vacation and it was amazing. Thank you.

Waterscape stay

It was so easy to rent, check in and check out. The property was great and access to beach so close. Would definitely stay again.

Great weekend getaway

First time stating in a Condo unit! Resort was great and definitely the way to go next time. Just wish we were staying longer than a weekend.

property was accessible to shops and restaurants. pools were super busy all the time and the wrist bands did not work very well. apartment was clean, one of the beds was super noisy, head board hits the wall any time you move just a little. ceiling fans in both main bedrooms need adjustment they are noisy. sofa and love seat need a good steam cleaning. so does the furniture outside. front door slams very hard. overall we enjoyed it. lots of construction in the area right now.

Excellent place to stay!

This resort is amazing for those with or without kids. The different pools were a great option for kids of various ages and the adults in the group. The Vacasa customer service on site is also amazing. The room is well equipped and has plenty of bedding. The only issue for us was that the washer and dryer were quite small, but that is to be expected in a condo. The location of this unit with relation to the pools and parking is exceptional. It is in a great spot. There isn't a beach view, but the location was worth it.

Sheets and towels were dirty, couch was stained and very outdated. Overall needs updating. Washer and dryer need to be updated, kitchen cabinets were scratched. Best room was the bunk room with two TVs and a door. Overall not terrible and great location just needs upkeep and updating.

3 Generations

This unit is very convenient to the parking garage and the kiddie splash pad. It's a short walk to the pools with a longer walk to the lazy river and the beach. This was fine with us. We really appreciated the included beach chairs & umbrella each day. The unit has a well stocked kitchen with lots of dishes, glassware & flatware which was important to us. Lots of towels. Beds were comfy and sheets/pillows were nice. All in all, a very good stay.

Waterscape as a whole is fantastic! The oven and stovetop were not working on the first day that we were there. Maintence came in later that day and fixed it

Had a great time, the whole family enjoyed the trip. The property could use a few fixes, nothing that had a huge impact on our stay. Living room ceiling fan doesn’t work and the couches could use a good cleaning.
