Loved the room and area! It wasn’t too crowded or noisy, smaller town feel, very peaceful and everyone was friendly including the staff! Will definitely return!

Unit Listed as no pets, however upon arrival, after we were Finally able to get the door code to work, we were met with the aroma of Stink like wet dog & stale air & then we noticed how filthy the unit was - All Furniture & Area Rugs where covered in Chlocate Brown Stains, then I looked around & found many areas broken & in need of repair, including the dishwasher, door locks, black mold in bathroom, ect.- I contacted VRBO Support - after 5 days of back & forth through email, text & calls with an Call Center barely English speaking group - I was Finally given a host number (Avari management) whom was another management company that rented for the owners & painstakingly time consuming again, I had to go back over everything with them & send them more photos - just so that they could tell me the same original phrase, over & over "thank you for notifying us , we will have a team review the damages & issues of the photos you sent us"In the end after I was able to speak to a VRBO supervisor they were finally able to get 25% off of my total stay from AVARI. & VRBO did give mea Small one key credit, so I'm still about70% short of my cost. So the real deal here is that VRBO do not manage these units & they are not in control of much anything including their support, -according to VRBO I should have been refunded all of my money, & or found another place to stay as per their posted help guarantee- both of those are false statements, As they did neither. Just a waste of my time.

Older property but well maintained. Elevator was a little "iffy". We will definitely return!
