The property was great. We've stayed at Perdido Skye before, so we knew what to expect, and we weren't disappointed. Very quiet and relaxing. The unit had everything we needed.

Much needed weekend getaway!

I was glad to find a condo in Perdido Key for July 4th weekend. This condo looked really cute in the pictures and was perfect for me, my husband, and my son. My son loved the bunk beds. The only complaint that I have is that the fridge didn’t stay too cold, even after the temperature was turned down. Other than that, it was perfect for our little family.

Perdido Key

Great location. Loved the beach service attendants. They were amazing!! The unit itself was a good size for 2 adults. Great view & balcony. Mattress & pillows need to be replaced. It was awful even with the foam topper. Pillows went flat. Old or cheap. Tub held water when you showered. I didn’t complain bc I’m sure with sand it’s hard to have clear pipes but needs to be addressed

Awful time

Room was just as advertised, however when you are on the 5th floor and the elevator goes out and you have to carry all your beach equipment down 5 flights. Then the next day you have to make many trips up and down 5 flights to pack to go home. And no one seemed to care.

Great view

Overall its a great property, great location, gorgeous view! Just a few suggestions, new pillows on the beds, a keurig, another kitchen towel, and some hot pads. Otherwise wverything was perfect!

Construction

Overall it was a good stay, but the bunk bed mattresses were very short- not a standard twin mattress and construction was going on during the day and that was fine but they took our whole door off with the casing while we were there. But overall it was great location and we enjoyed the stay.

Great vacation

Loved our stay at Perdido Skye condo on Perdido Key. Pool was nice when we weren’t enjoying the white sand and clear water on the beach. A couple of restaurants across the streets made for easy meals.

Wonderful place to stay.

This is a great place to stay. The beach was not crowded. At the complex. We walked across the street for icecream. The stores across the road also have most of your beach needs in case you forgot something. Quick ride to Walmart and Aldi. Traffic was really great also.

Almost completely amazing

Spent much needed time with our oldest child and enjoyed every bit of it. The pool could use a good cleaning , the numbers of depth have some serious gross on them and it wasnt cleaned once while we were there . (Some guy did say it was " fine " looking at the pool who obviously worked there but he wasnt really looking ) Overall would recommend. *Would be nice if they had more pillows available and extra blankets . Spending the money on extras when your flying in and out is not something anyone wants to do especially after the cost of the rental.

Perdido Key spring break 2023

Very easy to rent and check in/out of this property. Location on the beach is exceptional! Bed and couch both were uncomfortable and needed updating. Will definitely visit this area again. Beach is wonderful!

Great views and location!!

The condo was great. My only complaint would be the pull out bed in the couch. It was not comfortable at all. Everything else was amazing and just what my family needed.

Peaceful Getaway

The property had a great beach vibe. It was clean and perfect for our weekend for two. Steps away from the beach, phenomenal view. Having the washer and dryer on site was a huge plus.

Great location, not too busy or touristy.

Overall, this was a great property for the price. If you are looking for affordability and a small apartment-size condo, this will fit your needs. Oceanfront with a pool and close to restaurants, but not too busy of an area. Only a few minor issues like spotty internet, a Sligh uncomfortable bed and dim lighting in bathroom and bedroom.

Disappointed

Nonfunctional elevator made for difficulties taking things up and down 5 floors. We were assured by the management company that it would be fixed the first week in January but was not fixed until the end of January. Did not enjoy the beach as much as we would have liked due to this. The view was nice and liked that it was located on the beach.

Beautiful beach. Stinky condo

Our condo smelled like old urine. Literally any time cold air was blowing out the window unit....stale urine. Honest to goodness I think a drunk guy must have not made it to the toilet and peed it in. Awful and disappointing. Building management responded quickly to complaint but gave us a can of fresh linen air freshener. IT WASN’T ENOUGH. Trust me.

Gorgeous beachfront property with beach themed decor!

The property was great and decorated so beautifully! The view was amazing, we sat on our balcony and watched dolphins on numerous occasions! Our stay was restful and peaceful and the check in process could not have been easier, we were just able to go directly to our unit at check in time! It is a wonderful family friendly place to stay!

It was beautiful!

I have stayed in Perdido Skye before and it does not disappoint. This condo in particular has been my favorite. It is cozy, beautiful and close to the beach! We plan on coming back next year and bringing our three toddlers.
