Remaining balance due 8 days before arrival. Cancellation policy: A valid travel contract is established upon acceptance of our reservation proposal and written confirmation. If the customer cancels the travel contract or fails to arrive, Ferienwohnung Theresa may demand reasonable compensation: Cancellation fees: 20% of the total price 4 months before the scheduled start of the trip, 40% of the total price 6 weeks before the scheduled start of the trip, 50% of the total price 4 weeks before the planned start of the trip, 60% of the total price 3 to 2 weeks before the planned start of the trip, and 100% less than one week before the planned start of the trip.<br> Vacation Apartment C4 is a 50-square-meter, two-room apartment on the first floor. You can access the garden via the terrace. The apartment can accommodate up to three people. There is a separate bedroom and a living-sleeping area. The apartment’s kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and other kitchen appliances.
