The Space:

Silver Beach Condominiums are located right on the beach in Orange Beach, directly across from Dollar General, PNC Bank, Urgent Care, and a host of restaurants and stores! While not enjoying the white, sandy beaches, you can walk across the street for anything you need during your stay.



This three-bedroom condo is on the building's top floor in the east corner. All the bedrooms have TVs, and the main bedroom has a walk-in shower, a separate vanity area, and access to the wraparound balcony. The second bedroom balcony access, as well.



At the end of the hall, the condo opens up to the living area, dining area, and kitchen, where glass doors all around open up to miles of white, sandy beaches and waves crashing along the shoreline. The kitchen is equipped with items for cooking, baking, and making meals during your vacation. There are plenty of places to relax and enjoy a meal between the dining table and bar stools. The living area is comfortable and has free WiFi and a television. There is a utility room with a washer/dryer for your convenience.



Sit out on this eighth-floor balcony and enjoy memorable sunrise and sunsets. While not inside, cool off in the on-site outdoor pool!

Girls Beach Trip

Everything waa great...six adult women with plenty of room. Was surprised that there wasnt a baking sheet though. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definite book this one again.

Stayed here three nights w/ friends. On the top floor, corner unit. Beautiful ocean views. Nice large balcony; needs a bigger table to accomodate four folks. Enclosed balcony, great for dogs. The inside needed some minor touches; curtain by the balcony looked like the seem was ripped. The teal color is terrible. NO instructions to the tv's!! Watched duck dynasty for three days in the living rm. The tvs in the bedrooms did not work; kept saying no signal. I did call customer service who assured me they would send someone the next day; no show. Great location though!.

We had a very nice Christmas vacation. The condo was clean, but didnā€™t have anything like some salt, trash bags, when you come, plan to bring everything from your kitchen. I had to call and have the condominium to fix All the lights by the elevator and hallways. Very scary and dangerous!

Top floor great view

Spacious and clean. Great for pets. Issues need attention: there was no information sheet with gate code for beach and pool entry. The tvā€™s had weird remotes with no instructions on how to operate, what channels, etc. two towels for the guest bath is a bit sparse?

Beautiful ocean front updated top floor property !

Beautiful and comfortable unit (the beds and pillows were perfect), updated kitchen and bathrooms, beautiful ocean views from almost evvery room, amazing and comfortable patio, good parking, small complex, close to restaurants and shopping, only a few steps to the white sandy beach!

Beautiful views

Great place with large sliding doors and big windows. We kept the doors open to the balcony open the whole time. Wonderful breeze from the gulf blowiing through. Will stay there again.

Kitchen and baths have been nicely renovated. The stainless appliances in the kitchen were all smudged and needed to be polished. The cook too was greasy and needed a good cleaning. Walls and doors were scuffed and need painting.

Great location but has a few fixable issues

First of all, the positive. The location is FANTASTIC!!! Right on the beach with a large deck overlooking the gulf and on the top floor. And so many stores and restaurants within a few minutes of walking. The location was perfect, simply put. That said, there were a few items that just be fixed/updated. First, the unit had been painted recently, it seemed but as a result, some of the doors do not shut easily. Get in there and sand them a little. Also, stock your unit!!! There were literally five forks (and the unit sleeps six)!! You also need more cooking supplies, cups and pot holders (there were no pot holders). Also, the windows and glass on the deck desperately need to be cleaned more often. We took windex to both because of how dirty they were. Another thing I would point out is related to TVs in the unit. First, you need to add a TV to the small bedroom. The ad indicates there should be one but there isn't. Second, please spend $20 and mount the TV in the Queen bedroom. It sits way too low on the stand its on (see, these are all small things). Finally, please put some new curtains in the rooms with windows. The thin ones that are in there now do not reach the floor and/or block out any light. It was very annoying for those in our party who don't want to wake up at the crack of dawn. One last comment, and this is out of the condo owner's hands, what is up with the elevators in this building? They creaked and shook so bad that my children and I were walking the stairs by day 2. Those need to be fixed. As for the unit, I would stay there again, it just needs a few updates that could be taken care of very quickly.

We have stayed at this building four times, because we love the location, the view, and the cleanliness. We have pets, and we are extra careful about leaving it as we found it.

Best beach vacation

We loved this condo, especially the balcony and view. It was spotless when we arrived. It did lack a few things that would have been nice, like pot holders and rugs, and better pots and pans, but that didnā€™t put a dent in our trip. We canā€™t wait to go again. A great experience!
