- Age & Booking Guidelines: To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the gated community, the primary signing renter must be at least 30 years of age. The villa has a maximum capacity of 12 guests.

- Villa Policies: This is a strictly non-smoking property (both indoors and outdoors); violations are subject to a $500 USD penalty. To protect the luxury fixtures and finishes, pets are not permitted on the property.

- Modern Essentials: The entire villa features central air conditioning, satellite televisions, and high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you perfectly connected throughout your stay.
