The Casa Adua apartment block has a parking area on the ground floor, where it is possible to park for 10 minutes, to unload and load suitcases, luggage and other belongings, and a covered garage with one parking space (150m) for each flat and bike storage.
The flat is convenient and comfortable, suitable for a couple who want to spend a relaxing holiday, just a few steps from the beach and with a balcony furnished with a table and where you can eat with a view of the lake and the marina.
The beach is about 80m away and can be reached on foot by crossing the road, and you can choose whether to lie on the garden or on the pebbles (it is advisable to bring a mat). The village centre with restaurants and supermarkets is a short distance away, on the small harbour. For quick or last-minute shopping, we recommend the minimarket.
Casa Adua has recently been refurbished with new furnishings and facilities to meet the needs of tourists (internet connection, air conditioning, lift).
Our commitment is to offer competitive prices as well as continuous assistance to guests throughout their stay, bringing them closer to the territory and its history, customs and typical products. We will suggest to the customer all useful information for visiting the most beautiful places and the best means of doing so. A stone's throw from Porto it is possible to bathe in the crystal-clear water of the lake, sunbathe, go sailing, surfing and even mountain biking, these are just a few examples of what the area has to offer for tourism.
The studio apartment is located on the first floor, and is reached from the ground floor by an external staircase. It consists of a room with a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker with filter, dishwasher and with everything necessary for cooking and furniture, a living room/bedroom area, with TV cabinet and double sofa bed, and next to it is a room with an anti-bathroom and equipped with a wardrobe wardrobe and bathroom. This flat is ideal for two people who are looking for a flat that is modest in terms of metres and cost but has all the comforts to spend a happy holiday. The studio also has a fantastic lake view and a balcony.
To explore the surrounding area, especially after the construction of the cycle path along the lake, you can rent bicycles from us. Depending on the type, normal or electric, city bike or mountain bike, and with the rental of any accessories (helmet, basket, chain, padlock, battery charging or insurance for damage to property or persons) a fee may be charged on site.
