Lynx Lodge is a beautifully updated home in the heart of the Black Hills! Being only 0.2 miles off the main highway to Deadwood, it has easy access with motorcycles and trailers and sits very close (0.2 miles) to Recreational Springs, where you grab a bite to eat and jump on the ATV/Snowmobile trails for a day of fun in the Black Hills! You'll be within 15 minutes of Deadwood where you can still get a taxi to the town to enjoy some nightlife and only 5 minutes to Cheyenne Crossing and Spearfish Canyon for the most beautiful drive/ride in the Hills!

The home has all new furnishings, 4 Bedrooms with 2 Full- Baths. There are 2 separate living areas with flat screen TV’s/Satellite, DVD, Wi-FI, plus a HOT TUB & Gas Grill on the Private Deck. There's a total of 2,100 Square Feet plus a Garage for those Motorcycles & Extra Trailer Parking alongside the Garage!

The Master bedroom, and 3 other bedrooms each have a queen bed.

You'll be within a short ride to Sturgis and an hour away from the central Black Hills where you can see Mount Rushmore, Keystone and Hill City! It's a perfect place to enjoy some peace and serenity that the Black Hills offers, and still have access to all the wonderful things to see in the area. We look forward to seeing you!

Great Rally Lovation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was perfect for our group of 8 for pre-rally week. The location was easy access to all the great riding roads. The only downfall for us was the road construction at the entrance road and detour the week we were there. It was only a minor inconvenience and the rental company has zero control over road construction. All in all, our stay was fantastic and we would definitely rent this home again

Fun in the Black Hills

The week started with disappointment, as the access road was blocked; and our short drive the rental unit became a much longer trip. Very aggravating to drive over a dozen speed bumps every day out and back ! however, we enjoyed our stay and the pool table was a hit with everyone !

A home away from home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the cabin, it had everything we needed. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day of ride. We enjoyed our time on the large deck also. We love the location of the cabin very easy to get on the Hwy 14a, which will take you to a lot of different trails and its very close to Lead and Deadwood. We love staying in this area and cant wait until our next vacation adventure.

I wish I could have giving this more star's, the house was in a great location and had all the amenities, but the advertised space for sleeping was not as advertised, states that it sleeps 10 not sure where, other than 2 people had to sleep on a sectional couch that didnt have a sleepier, they advertised that one bedroom had bunkbeds and there wasn't any, called and they couldnt give any reason for why there wasnt any, they said they would call us back and they didn't, the next day they dropped off an air mattress and comforter set, on the front steps, with no word, we were disappointed we spent alot on this trip and then had to compromise some of our guest comfort because we didnt have the advertised space for them to sleep.

Beautiful house - different than pictured

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying at Lynx Lodge. It was perfectly located for us to be within driving distance to so many sites. Only downside was that the bedrooms had been rearranged and bunk beds removed. As a family of 9, one of our kids had to sleep on the couch. Not a huge deal, but would have been nice if the photos and description had been accurate.

Hopeful but Disappointed

We’ve been snowmobiling in the Hills for over 15 years. So we’re used to this process. Must say that the house was big enough for our group to be comfortable, roomy, great garage….but not up to par with what’s advertised and price! We stayed 10 days. Was not stocked for that long of stay, no cleaning products, had to clean out vacuum to use and clean a bedroom full of cobwebs and spider sacs before we could sleep, every appliance had issues, oven door didn’t shut good, ice maker broken, dishwasher door made such a loud awful noise it would wake the dead, every reclining chair was busted, had to ask for snow removal to get trailers out (it snowed 4-5 inches twice) and the neighbor was a ranting lunatic that clearly hates snowmobilers and is another huge reason we won’t rent here again. Mgmt company was kind and quick to respond but sadly didn’t have the knowledge or control over the property from the owner that they should, so sadly couldn’t be much help. We did enjoy the hot tub and pool table but would sacrifice that for better accommodations. Will mark this one off the list for our future stays in the beautiful black hills.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted a place that we could unwind, several couples. We were able to cook nice meals, enjoy the hottub, play some pool. We also were able to go across the road and rent the utv for the day. Lots of nice trails. While only being a few minutes from Lead and Deadwood. We are looking to make it an annual thing.

Clean & comfy

Great location, communication with property manager not so good

This property does not look anything like the pictures. The upstairs bathroom was clearly not cleaned before arrival as there was a full tiolet, one of the bedrooms upstairs had long black hair on 2 of the pillow cases. Upon arrival the door was unlocked with no key left in the key box so I contacted the owner, he came out at 5pm the next day and sent me back a message telling me he had unplugged an RV we also had brought to continue on our vacation. This was totally fine accept for the way he communicated it, the next morning the whole house was without water and I contacted him he said he would look into it. We never heard back from him the whole trip we finally talked to the neighbor and they explained what happened but we were without water most of the day. He should have checked in on us to make sure the situation was corrected.

RZR Group Trip

Excellent property! The house was spacious & clean. Hottub was perfect after long days of riding. Property was perfect for trailer parking. Not far from trails. Quiet neighborhood.
