Close to Mease Countryside Hospital & Morton Plant. Also close to Baycare Ballpark and parks. 20 minute drive to beach. For 31-90 night stays only. To comply with local guidelines, identity verification and signing a standard rental agreement are required upon arrival. Quiet, peaceful environment. No smoking.

This modern tiny home is thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need. Features a studio style open floor plan built entirely on one level, completely eliminating the need for steep loft stairs or ladders. Every square inch has been designed to combine your living, sleeping, and working areas into one seamless, airy space.

The layout flows effortlessly from a cozy living room with a private workspace and a fully equipped kitchenette. For your absolute comfort, the entire space is climate-controlled by a high-efficiency mini-split ductless system , allowing you to adjust the perfect cooling or heating temperature with the touch of a remote.

The only separate interior room is a full, private bathroom featuring a standard door for complete privacy. This compact, single-level design gives you the ultimate combination of cozy privacy and full-home functionality for a perfect mid-term residential stay.

Due to a resident animal with aggressive tendencies towards other animals, we cannot accommodate pets or Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) for the safety of all parties.

"To make sure everything is clear and comfortable for your stay and to comply with local guidelines, guests will be asked to review and sign a brief rental agreement upon arrival." 31-90 night stays only. Identity verification as well. For identity verification purposes the primary guest must provide a government issued photo ID that matches the name on the booking prior to check-in.

Strictly for 1 guest only. No extra guests allowed. Parking for 1 passenger vehicle only. No room for large commercial trucks. Pickup trucks and vans are okay. Please adhere to our NO SMOKING POLICY. Smoking of any substance is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking outside is permitted.

No pets allowed.

If you need to have mail delivered you must have your own PO Box. Amazon deliveries and food deliveries are okay.

This is not a party house. If you plan on drinking excessively this may not be the house for you. If you like listening to music outside at night, please use earbuds. It's a peaceful neighborhood and we need to have respect for the neighbors.

Other things to note:

The Air System has a temperature control for heat and cool air. Use the handy remote control to select the heat or the cool option. If you have any questions or problems, please do not hesitate to ask me for assistance.

You can use my washer and dryer anytime. It's free to use and in the back sun room of the main house.

If you need to rent a car there is an Enterprise Rent-A-Car within walking distance.

1 complimentary bike is available for guest use! It is shared among our three listings on a friendly, first-come, first served basis. Perfect for a quick, casual ride around town!
