The Space:

Welcome to Casa Coco Beach House where you’ll find luxury, tranquility and paradise. This modern 3 bedroom home invites you to soak in the peaceful sounds of the rock waterfall that is the stunning backdrop to the heated outdoor pool. Located on the Cocoa Beach Golf Course and on a dead end family friendly street, you’re just a 10 minute bike ride to the beach or just a short 1 ½ mile drive. This charming house is located just off Minuteman Causeway where all the action is from multiple restaurants, shopping, nightlife, beach access and so much more.



After a glorious day at the beach, retreat to the comfort and energy of this magnificent home. The interior is designed using the owner’s healing practices of the Shamanic Medicine Wheel, the chakana. Each room is named for a mountain which honors a direction, an element and animal ally.



The entrance welcomes you with rich wood tones, stunning light fixtures and a gorgeous dolphin statue. As you enter the open floor plan in the living area, a large sectional sofa with electric recliners offers the perfect space to take in your favorite shows on the 60” TV or relax with a good book.



Whatever you’re dreaming up in the kitchen, you will find all of the top brand appliances and gadgets to make your cooking experience delightful. Anything you could possibly need is found in this modern kitchen. The dining area is the Washington Room honoring the fire element and the phoenix. It boasts a gorgeous teak table for family meals, a wine bar for mixing beverages and a coffee station, complete with a deluxe Keurig for afternoon cappuccino or espresso.



The Master Suite is the Kineo room honoring the earth element and the hummingbird where you will find rich tones of greens to help you feel grounded. The king bed is a deluxe Temperpedic with both head and feet adjusting as well as message mode. The extra large walk in cedar closet is perfect for storage and getting ready for a night out on the town. The master bath has a unique large round tile shower with rain head. This room has a 50” smart TV for your enjoyment. There is even a patio sitting area for extra privacy.



The Katahdin guest room honors the air element and the eagle offering a very light and airy feeling. This room includes a queen Temperpedic with head adjusting mode and a 43” smart TV.



Between the two guest rooms is a custom tiled bathroom with walk in shower and spa vanity with double vessel sinks.



Honoring the water element and the dolphin, you will find Cadillac room. With a queen Temperpedic with head adjusting mode and a 50” smart TV, you will find playful blue tones here.



With all of the interior luxury, you will be even further amazed when you see the outdoor oasis. The outdoor custom kitchen adorned with stone and granite comes complete with a commercial grill, pizza oven, fridge, serving area and drink station with ice bin. Your guests can sit at the bar while the chef is grilling up deliciousness all while taking in your favorite sporting event on the outdoor TV. Throughout the day, you can enjoy the sofa sitting area with gorgeous teak furniture or have a game night on the outdoor bamboo table for 6. Cool off in the heated oversized pool by floating with an ice cold drink or swimming some laps. All this, while enjoying the tranquil sounds of the large rock waterfall that lights up at night, offering the most peaceful experience.



Whether you are seeking beachside thrills, a good golf game or pure relaxation, you’ll find all of it in this blissful coastal escape. You’ll have added peace of mind with hurricane impact windows and doors as well as a Generac in the event of power outage. The area offers so many activities and adventures for you to enjoy while soaking in the sunshine.

The Neighborhood:

This home is tucked into a quiet, residential area of Cocoa Beach near the local golf course. The neighborhood is peaceful and laid-back, making it a great fit for families, longer stays, or guests who prefer a relaxed setting away from busy tourist zones. You’re still just minutes from the beach, great local dining, grocery stores, and popular spots like Ron Jon Surf Shop, with easy access to Port Canaveral for cruise departures.



Getting Around:

Having a car is the easiest way to get around, with convenient parking available at the property. The beach, Cocoa Beach Pier, shopping, and restaurants are all a short drive or bike ride away. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and many guests enjoy biking or walking through the neighborhood to nearby parks and scenic streets.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

• Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

PLEASE NOTE:

• Mailbox access is not available for guests

• All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver

• While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- Pool heating is available for $50 per night and must be added for the full stay

- This home is equipped with a Ring camera in the front and in the back. Tampering with or disabling the devices is strictly prohibited

-Safety Reminder: The decorative chandelier in the entryway hangs lower than some guests may expect. Please use caution when entering and exiting the home, especially if you are taller or carrying luggage, and be mindful of the overhead clearance.
