Your private backyard oaisis is set in a quiet neighborhood that gives you the choice of playing games with the family, relaxing in a hammock, telling stories around the firepit , watching an outdoor movie, grilling a delicious meal & sipping drinks in the shade of the tiki. Oh, don't forget you have your own private free heated large pool too (Dec.15th-April 30th).

Near the property, you can start your morning with a gorgeous sunrise & a stroll on the beach. Then, you can hop on the property bikes & ride into town for a bite to eat or hit one of the boutique shops to find unique treasures. If youā€™re timing is right, you might feel the sonic boom of one of our many rockets blasting into Space & watch it happen right from the driveway . You can also take the property kayaks and paddleboards to the nearby river and explore the 1000 islands of Cocoa Beach. You can often see birds of all kinds, manatee, & dolphin.

After exploring the town you can head back to your vacation home for a dip in your private pool. Youā€™ve worked up an appetite so it feels great to sit down for a delicious meal, some great conversation & a few rounds of your favorite games. End the night with some quiet music and stories around the fire.

My family and I had an excellent stay at Jim and Wendy's rental home. Everything was exactly as described on VRBO. Also, they were extremely responsive the entire time and offered help any time we would need it. We would not hesitate to stay at this home again during our next visit to Cocoa Beach. They clearly care about their home and the property,

Cocoa Beach Trip

Everything was amazing. They thought of so may details to make it easier for travelers. They stocked paper towels, Qtips, disposable razors, and toilet paper (even the good stuff!) We were greeted with beautiful flowers and a sweet treat, which was an amazing touch! We thoroughly enjoyed and the location was perfect!

This was THE most amazing VRBO in Cocoa Beach. Everything was thought and f by the owners of the home. The pool was perfect& equipped with the most amazing floats, the home was pristineā€¦ and perfectly located. I am in love with this beautiful homeā€¦ a must for anyone going to Cocoa Beach!!!

I travel frequently and like to stay in vacation rentals. This property was the best I have stayed in. Spacious. Clean. So many amenities beyond our expectations. It was like having our own retreat. Stocked with necessities that we would have never expected. Even toys for the kids. The hosts went above and beyond and were quick to answer when we had questions. I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to this area

We had an absolute wonderful time here! Wendy didnā€™t miss a single detail! There was even fresh bakery cupcakes waiting for us! She had plenty of entertainment for the kiddos and this property was just adorable! Definitely 10 out 10 recommend!!

Location and Amenities!

House was walkable and across the street from Lori Wilson beach(free to park), but also a few minute drive to other beach access points that we tried as well($5/hour parking). Owners provide all beach items youā€™d need! House is stocked with everything you can think of! I brought so much that I never had to open as far as toiletries and home basics. Welcome flowers and cupcakes were there upon arrival. Everything super clean! Great stay!

This place has everything you would ever even dream of needing

Amazing accommodations for ALL ages! The kitchen, laundry, baths and outside have everything! There's even a limbo pole and tandem bike. Like, it literally has everything! The only downfall is not being able to enjoy it all! There is even a play kitchen, desk for kids to be creative, books for kids to read and wooden blocks. It was the best VRBO experience I've ever had.

Amazing house!!! Canā€™t say enough good things!

This house was amazing. It has everything you can think of. Having everything there was a huge plus!!! To be able to take beach chairs and beach toys to the beachā€¦. Having everything stocked so we can cook and grillā€¦. Bikes to be able to rideā€¦ the back yard is INCREDIBLE. The entire house was so clean. I truly can not say enough good things. We will only stay here if we go back to coca beach. The communication is great and quick! I love them so much!!!

Wonderful Time in Cocoa Beach

The property is absolutely stunning. Jim and Wendy have thought of everything. All of the extras make long distance travel easy. The backyard and pool are the true crown jewels. You can easily spend days lounging at home and feel like you are worlds away - just do it quietly as the neighbors do not like noise. Nevertheless, would not hesitate renting again if travels brought us back to the area. Wonderful experience, incredible home, great owners!

Absolutely Fabulous

We brought 4 teens and 2 grandparents with us and everyone loved the house and setting. The house was sparkling clean, fully equipped, neat as a pin, and decorated for Christmas! The furnishings were so comfortable and inviting and all of us truly had a chance to relax. The location was perfect ā€” steps away from beautiful beaches, short drive to boat tours and pier, and Kennedy Space Center an easy drive north. We had many questions about surrounding area that Wendy was always quick to answer. We are still talking about the fun we had and this is our first choice and recommended rental for Cocoa Beach!

Amazing Stay!

We typically stay at an average of 3 VRBO's or other vacation properties each year. I have to say that my family and friends had the best experience at this property. It was not only exceptionally clean, but well appointed with all the amenities you could ask for and more. The location was a quick walk (or with all our beach gear) even quicker drive to the beach. After a day at the beach we all enjoyed the pool, outdoor fire pit and games. The beds were comfortable and the home was comfortable for our group of 4 adults and two children. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to booking it again. The hosts were easy to communicate with and added all the personal touches that made us feel at home.

Best Property Manger Ever

We have stayed a lot of properties from big to small and I can say by far Wendy did the one thing most property owners don't do and that is pay attention to detail. The house was well stocked with everything a family needs and things you could forget. Such as coffee, board games, toothpaste, deodorant, etc. Also, we arrived to a welcome sign and cupcakes. As far as the property goes, the space was well thought out both indoors and outdoors. 5 Stars all around.

Fabulous listing

This was by far the best vacation home we have ever stayed in, and we have been to many. The home is very clean, and this is my top priority when booking. It is also so well stocked that you can literally bring your clothes and enjoy your stay. There were so many extras, and the host was super helpful with recommendations and even has a book with coupons and addresses for anything you may want. There were so many extra thoughtful things like spices, Ziplock bags, baby items, toys, games, swim diapers, pullups, diapers, toothbrushes, literally anything I forgot I am sure it was there. Chargers in every room, things for the beach, bikes, yard games. We had an amazing stay and will defiantly stay again in the future. I didn't even have to go anywhere but the backyard and I still felt like I was on vacation, the grandkids loved the pool and mini golf. I cannot say enough good things about this house.

The most amazing VRBO we have ever visited!

Everything from beginning to end was absolutely amazing. We rented the house to celebrate my 50th birthday with friends and everyone was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail that this house possessed. When I first arrived, I encountered a large blow up birthday cake on the porch, floats blown up and in the pool and a cake and decorations awaiting me inside. It was so thoughtful of the owners to do that for me. But they not only thought of me but every guest that stays in their home. The owners had the house stocked with anything you could ever want. They had coffee, creamers, frosty mugs in the freezer, games, everything you could want for the beach like wagons to carry it all, chairs, towels, cooler, umbrella, tent, boogie boards, bicycles, etc... everything down to disposable razors in the bathroom. They thought of makeup towels for the ladies that were black and embroidered, shampoo, conditioner and body wash... literally EVERYTHING! All of my friends were completely impressed and we all said it was THE BEST house we have ever rented. 10 out of 10 and would definitely recommend! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was an amazing getaway for us prior to setting sail for an 8 day cruise. The house was amazing along with the grounds. So much to do right there and never have to leave. The host didnā€™t miss one single need and even some needs we didnā€™t know we had like the cupcakes. lol.

Each room exceeds expectationsā€¦ comfy beds, refreshing showers, large cozy couch and fully stocked large kitchen. The outside is tropical oasis. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch as friendly people biked to the beach or shops that are close by. One night we sat in the screened in porch to relax and listen as a short thunderstorm cooled everything off. The backyard is full of fun! Put-put golf, bikes, boogie boards, kayaksā€¦ list goes on. We spent time in devotion and journaling under the perfectly hand crafted tiki hut. Floating in the picture perfect pool was definitely a highlight. Ohhh and everyone should nap in a hammock at least once! The home is across the street from a free parking lot that leads out to the breathtaking ocean. Make sure to get there early or go for an evening stroll. Sunrise was magical. We are so grateful for a truly wonderful week!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and our expectations were exceeded!!! There were so many little details that were just so thoughtful! Blow up Happy Birthday cakes and signsā€¦ cupcakes for all 8 of us! Everytime we said dang it I forgot we looked around and the owners had it there for you!! The beach was a short walk and if you stay make sure to check out The Fat Donkey Ice Cream place and Whisk and Grind for breakfast!!

We had traveled to Florida from Michigan every year over Christmas. One of our favorite destinations was Cocoa Beach, so we've been looking for the right property to create a vacation rental for almost as long as we lived in Florida. As soon as we walked into the Beach n Tiki we could see the potential for what it would become. From the stellar location, to the soaring ceilings we knew this would make a great beach escape for many lucky vacationers.

The Cocoacabana is located right across the street from the world-famous Lori Wilson Park in Cocoa Beach. You can either walk across the road using the stop-light activating crosswalk, or park for free in the park. There's a trolley stop right at the end of the road so you can hop on the trolley and not have to worry about driving back home. Cocoa Beach has so much to offer including surfing, kite boarding, fishing, a gambling cruise (out of Port Canaveral), the Dinosaur Store & museum, delicious restraunts and more. You can even catch a rocket launch right from our beach. The sunset on the river is great and the ocean sunrise is even better! The backyard is resort-worthy with a large pool, tiki hut, yard games, movie wall and beach equipment.
