Outdoor music is not allowed. Any indoor music must stay indoors and cannot be heard from the property line, per city ordinance. Reasonable daytime “people noise” is permitted between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., but it must remain at a measured, considerate level.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights, plus $375 for each additional week.

The house is beautiful!! Bedrooms very spacious. Kitchen is very well equipped. Only issues were that the corkscrew was broken and one outdoor lounge chair was ripped. We had a lovely stay. Thank you!

The corkscrew has been replaced, and the torn lounge chair has been swapped with a temporary chair while new replacements arrive later this week. Relaxing oasis

Fantastic home in a stunning neighborhood that is great for walking and close to all the fun things in the area. The backyard was so peaceful and quiet, a nice place to relax or take a dip in the pool. The house had everything we needed and more. It is laid out that everyone has their own space, bathroom and privacy. Highly recommend.

An Amazing Home in the Heart of Palm Springs

Casa Mesa is an amazing home on the south side of Palm Springs in the Mesa. You are 5 minutes from everything. The neighborhood is fun and walkable. It's beautifully appointed and has room for people to spread out. Cannot recommend it enough.

Very comfortable!!

We loved the house and pool!. The kitchen was so stocked with any kitchen item you would ever need. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. We wished the AC would allow for it to be cooler than 74 in the home though... when it is 104 degrees out, you kind of need that. Beautiful place We would book it again in a heartbeat!.

However, we apologize for any inconvenience regarding the AC temperature settings. We do set the thermostat to 74 degrees to help avoid any issues with the AC system during extreme heat. Tim for tennis!

Three couples’ annual trip to see some great tennis at Indian Wells. The house didn’t disappoint. The pool was great, the rooms really spacious, and it was the best stocked and well-labeled kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental property! Had a wonderful time!

A slice of Desert Heaven

Fantastic location in a lovely, quiet, safe neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. The homes had incredibly comfortable beds, all the cookware and kitchen accessories one could need, board games, great window dressings, premium showers, and a really fun backyard and pool area to spend the the day. Hope to be lucky enough to return one day soon.

So cute, great neighborhood, but too warm

What a cute place! Great location, with great morning and evening walks around the neighborhood. We stayed beginning of May, and the AC wasn't able to be turned Dien lower than 74 degrees...i was shocked. It really got very warm inside the house.... but i guess there is a pool for cooling off. The outdoors of this house was really incredible.

Thank you for your kind words about the home and neighborhood. We’re happy you enjoyed the outdoor space and the nearby walks. However, we're sorry to hear that the space felt warm at times. During the summer months, the thermostat is locked at 74 degrees to protect the system from damage in the extreme desert heat. Lowering the temperature further can cause the AC to work beyond its intended capacity, leading to frozen coils and faster wear and tear. The thermostat is set at 76 degrees with an option for guests to lower it by 2 degrees for added comfort. We appreciate your feedback and understanding, and hope to welcome you again in the future.

The Mesa exceeded our expectations!

This property is well appointed, modern, and tastefully decorated. It was a pleasure staying here. The pool was the main attraction and it was great. The outdoor seating areas are perfect. The inside of this property is recently renovated making for a luxurious stay. There are ample games, pool toys, and TVs. The owners are tech savvy and have made this a smart home. The only recommendation would be for some sort of fans to make sleeping at night more enjoyable. For someone not acclimated to sleeping in the mandated 76 degree temperatures it can be difficult. There is no music allowed outside in Palm Springs which is not ideal, but it keeps this upscale neighborhood very peaceful and quiet. The Mesa has made us want to return soon.

The house is very nice, and the location is quiet and great. BUT, there are a couple major problems and a few small ones I will start with the house:1. Master Bedroom bed mattress is worthless and needs tube replaced, too soft to even sleep on. The main shower head in the Master bath does not work.2. A/C system is great, but the thermostat is in the hall for the second/third bedroom, so if you sleep with your door closed your room gets very warm (unless you open the window)3. Ice maker was broken4. Nice BBQ, but no lighting instructions and not able to figure it out.5. BYO Laundry detergent and KleenexWe have stayed at many VRBO, and have received very high ratings from the owners, and we are not complainers - but these points deserved mention.The NEW Management Company gets 0 Stars:1. Received an email on 3/1 saying we would get check in instructions 3/4 - they never came. I had to call on 3/6 to get instructions, which were received, but the lockbox code was wrong (House uses a key...)2. The home was not cleaned by 4pm, and actually did not completed until 6:30pm on day of check-in. The only reason we were able to get in that evening given the lockbox problem was that the cleaners were still there when we arrived at 5pm!!3. We were only provided 1 key.... they brought another but go figure for a 3 bedroom house.4. Their emails are from an AI Bot - and apparently never get read by a human, no need to try anything through email with Casago Mgmt Company

Great Space

We really loved this spot, the layout of the house was gorgeous and so nicely decorated. The beds were super cozy and the kitchen had everything we needed! There was plenty of seating inside and outside and the pool and hot tub were both great!

Vacasa is the worst property management company

This home was lovely and well stocked with cooking supplies, games, and furniture. The grounds are very nice and it is a great location. This could have been an amazing vacation, but was a disaster because of the property management company (and the owner's lack of basic maintenance). To start, the code we were given did not work. We stood around outside the house for almost an hour (in the dark and cold) waiting for a response from the management company. When they finally called they gave us code after code until finally one worked. We NEVER had hot water during our stay (6 nights). It was not even tepid, just cold. We complained to Vacasa repeatedly, but nobody was ever sent out to fix it. I should also mention that calling Vacasa means navigating their wonderful phone maze and likely talking to someone who can barely speak english. Horrible. Other issues with the property: 1. There are rodents (mice?) inside and around the walls of the back bedroom. They may be entering through a gap under the hot water heater exterior door. It was pretty creepy to hear them scratching inside the walls each night as it was next to the bed. 2. The AC heater fan is really loud in the main living room, and begins to vibrate or resonate in a harmonic frequency that sounds like bass from a speaker. It was difficult/impossible to sleep with the heat running. We had to turn it off at night. 3. The beds are very old. Really old. And saggy. One member of the family decamped to a hotel after the 2nd night because the beds were so bad (and no hot water). 4. The pool maintenance person, and then the yard maintenance person both came in without notification. They did not knock before entering. 5. If you are in the master shower (enclosed in clear glass), the windows reflect in the mirror. This means that neighboring houses can see you while you shower. There are no curtains or blinds to stop this. 6. The toilet in the master bath, which was attached to the wall and not sitting on the floor, groaned and sagged a lot every time someone sat on it. This was unnerving. Overall, the property needs a lot of maintenance (loose cabinets doors, etc) and a new management company. We would definitely NOT stay there again. Update: Vacasa finally refunded one night's stay, which is nowhere close to adequate compensation for a ruined vacation that was basically their fault. They are a horrible company to deal with and we will never rent a place that they manage again.

Lovely Home

The home has a great vibe. Two large bedrooms and bathrooms on one side of the house and master suit with a tub on the other side. In between is a large living room over looking the pool and outdoor dinning area with a fireplace. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessary equipment to make delicious meals. Washer and Dryer came in handy. Pool was a must to be enjoyed. Plenty of seating outside and two large umbrella's gave us shade.

I was totally impressed by this property. The pool was the perfect temperature, the house was clean and had everything we needed. I loved the decor - we felt truly at home. The layout was perfect. Everything was in good working order. We had a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to book this house again!!!!

Perfect Palm Springs House

The house is bright, colorful, comfortable, beautifully maintained and perhaps the cleanest house we ever rented. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for long walks. The kitchen has everything you would need. The pool temperature was a bit warmer than we would have liked but overall a pretty perfect rental in a great location. Hope to return.

Great Palm Springs getaway

Great location for getting around Palm Springs. The space and decor is unique and high quality. The kitchen has literally everything you could need. The pictures don’t do justice for the great size of the living room and patio area by the pool. Great spots for guests to hang out without feeling cramped. We had three couples and it was a great size and home layout.
