Family-Friendly Lakefront Home w/ Large Yard & Boat Dock-Sleeps 14+kids under 6

City of Grove VRH Permit 15-202. Cozy and friendly 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom lakefront home. This beautiful home is on a large lot with parking available for 5-6 cars. Perfect large yard for family games of volleyball and badminton with a gentle slope to the water. Basketball hoop and outdoor ping pong table are included for guest use. Massive deck area outside of kitchen with picnic tables and separate sitting area with gorgeous lake views. There is a grill available on the downstairs patio. Right across from the downstairs patio is a shed to store all of your water toys and fishing gear. Easy access lighted boat dock with fish cleaning station and two slips available to all renters. Swim dock with ladder and cleats to tie off an additional boat or jet ski.
Picture yourself entering from the expansive deck through double glass doors into a large living room with vaulted ceilings and huge windows all around. There is plenty of seating for you and your family or friends to enjoy a movie night on a smart tv (dvd library available) or just a casual evening in front of the fireplace. The dining area easily seats 12, with additional seating in the breakfast nook. Wonderful kitchen with granite countertops and all the necessary conveniences, including dishes and cookware. The pantry area provides additional food storage. Convenient half bath located off of the upstairs hallway. Also, there is an inviting master bedroom with a king bed and a large 3/4 bath and private deck. In addition to the master bedroom there is a cozy suite above the garage just across a covered breezeway. There is a queen bed and a twin size day bed as well as a full bathroom. It is the perfect space for someone who is looking for a little quiet time.
Head downstairs to another family room with a tv entertainment area and pool table. Downstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms, each with their own unique decor. As well as 2 full bathrooms. Off of the family room is a large laundry room with washer and dryer, and an additional refrigerator.
Our home is 5-10 minutes away from Super Wal-Mart and all of the other conveniences offered in Grove. Including the Sports Center on Main street, several restaurants, liquor stores, gas stations, marinas, and grocery stores. It is truly an ideal location both by water and by car.

Excellent property that meets our vacation needs! Boat launch about 125 ft from the private dock. Kids had a blast fishing from dock and caught many(albeit small) fish. Nearby grocery store has all you need and the house is more than adequate for our large family. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time. Home was beautiful. Family enjoyed everything. Close to water and fishing.

Annual Lake trip 2024

Great home to rent! Close to the water and boat ramp. Lots of room for all renters. This is our 2nd time to rent, and we will rent again. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent house and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very nice house, plenty of room and great amenities. Grocery and bait shops close by. Boat ramp adjacent the property and a very nice dock. We shall return !

Great house!!

This house was great for our family vacation! We had more than enough room for our family of 14. The dock was perfect for the kids of all ages for swimming and fishing. The owners were great to work with and very accommodating, will definitely be staying again!

Family Lake Trip

This place was awesome. There was plenty of room and the house was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We really enjoyed having access to the boat dock to keep our boat. The location is excellent, close to town but also located in a small cove that was quiet.

2023 Family Vacation

We had another great stay! The whole family loved swimming and fishing on the dock and then movies and dinner in the evenings. The host was great to work with and answered our emails within minutes which we were so appreciative of! The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed and forgot, will definitely be booking again!

Great stay for a family lake weekend!

My family and I had a great time at this rental! There were nine of us total (adult siblings and spouses along with our mom :)) and there was a TON of room for all of us. The kitchen had literally everything we needed for meals. The lake and dock area were great for swimming. We will definitely be returning!

The house was exactly like the listing. Beautiful home and great owners. The boat slip and dock were wonderful to have. It makes spending so much time on the water worth it. It was a wonderful time!

Great Family getaway!!

We had a great time! Family form 2 states and ages ranging from 9 - 89! The house was clean and spacious! We all enjoyed the dock and swam and played all day! Rented a tri-toon boat and tubed and had a great time! I would highly recommend this house!

We had a great time and the house had everything we needed!! Loved it!

Our family consisted of 7 adults and 5 children ages 16 months through 12 years old and the house was great , it had everything we needed and plenty of room .We stayed for 3 nights for a family getaway. The pool table was a big hit and we all enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock. We went into Grove and ate at a Mexican restaurant, Ranchero Viejo, the food was great and the service was excellent! We definitely plan on coming back and staying here again!!!

Short Family Vacation

What a great place! The pictures don’t do it. We had 12 adults staying. We had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was clean & well stocked! We loved this place & will be back!!!

Lakeside Getaway

Great place for family gathering. All the kitchen ware really made preparing thanksgiving meals for the entire family easy. Very well stocked. Lots of parking. Nice dock to sit and relax (too cold to boat). Plenty of room for the whole family. Separate living rooms let kids play and adults hear themselves.

Fantastic lakeside home for the family!

The house was just perfect for our long family weekend. There were 11 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out and the large dining room table was great so we could all eat together. Very nice deck area with plenty of seating. Our only suggestion to make this better was a little more lighting on the deck for cards and games. Very well stocked! We would stay again!

Grove Grand Lake Great time

Property was perfect. 5 clean comfortable bedrooms. PLENTY of room for 10 of us. Great outdoor space and decks were perfect. Boat ramp and boat slip right there. So convenient. Great communication with Tracy. EVERYTHING was as advertised. Beautiful area. Close to town. We will be staying there again as we come to Grand lake annually!!

Excellent Family Location

We stayed at the house with all of our kids and 11 grandchildren and it was perfect. All of the fold out couches and chairs made it wonderful for the kids to sleep together and give the parents a good nights rest. There were plenty of towels, bowls, dishes,pots & pans so we never had an issue with running out for our large family. The dock was very safe and accessible for small children and older adults. Would highly recommend this rental.

Spacious comfortable home!

We stayed here while attending a nearby family reunion. It was spacious and comfortable. It is very well equipped with everything one could want for cooking, even two crockpots! Our favorite spot was the upstairs deck! We hung out there on the deck most of the time visiting with family. One should know, though, that you can’t avoid stairs here. The kitchen & living room is upstairs.

Great Vacation

Absolutely loved this property. We took our 3 grown children, their spouses and 2 grand-kids. The house was the prefect size, the living areas worked out great for this large of a group and the house had everything you needed and more. The decks were incredible, and gave the prefect place to either eat outdoors, or just sit out there and enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the view of the lake. We have rented several other properties in the past and this one was certainly our favorite. The kitchen was well stocked, had a great grill for cooking outside and even has a pool table, table tennis table and a dock. We enjoyed it so, much that we are already planning our trip back next year.

Family Gathering

We loved our stay! The house was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. My daughter-in-law was especially grateful for the basket of items labeled "in case you forgot something". The room above the garage was perfect for my daughter and her family....especially since she had a two year old who gets up at the crack of dawn. The house had plenty of room and was set up so everyone could be together but still have privacy when we needed it. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Our family would highly recommend this vacation home to any family or large group.

This is a family owned vacation home that we purchased because our family has been vacationing at Grand Lake for over 60 years. We have a strong family history and connection with this area and have created many fond memories here. This home felt like the perfect fit for our family as soon as we entered and we're hoping it will provide other families with the opportunity to create memories as wonderful as ours.

We have stayed in many areas around Grand Lake over the years and this is easily the most convenient location we've found. Grand Lake is a spectacular vacation destination and our home seems to be ideally located for all that the lake and the surrounding area have to offer.
