Upon arrival, the technician was informed that the issues had already been resolved and that everything was working properly, so no further service was required. Our records indicate that the Roku had been stuck in guest mode and simply needed to be reset. We appreciate your feedback and regret that your overall impression of the home was impacted. Our local manager assured us that there is a space heater in every bedroom closet and in the closet in the hallway as well. The bench was checked and is in good repair and stable.
