Quadmanor is a beautiful home located in the Coconino National Forest inbetween Sedona and Flagstaff. We have a large covered deck which shields guest from rain during the summer monsoon and snow during the winter ski season. There are two master bedroom suites and a bunk bedroom. There are a total of 3 bathrooms. The upstairs master suite has a king size bed. The bunk bedroom has a pack and play playpen in the closet. The downstairs bedroom suite has a king size bed and a full size sofa bed. There is a movie library in the upstairs credenza along with board and card games for the whole family. There is a game console in the bunk bedroom for the kids and a massage chair for the adults.

Beautiful view the house was a nice place , they had everything you need to stay. The deck was spacious and comfortable. My kids loved that there was enough games to play.

The home was lovely, and included everything we needed for a great stay. It was a little farther from Flagstaff than I had anticipated, but the payoff was seeing elk in the forest in front of the cabin two mornings of our stay. The master bedroom on the lower level was spectacular, but we had to give it to our granddaughter because stairs are getting hard for us at our age. We would recommend this stay for someone who wants a great view with a lovely wrap around balcony, in a peaceful neighborhood.

Wonderful

The house is beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. We loved the wrap around deck and spent most of our time sitting there. Rebecca was wonderful to work with and I appreciated her help. We had a family emergency after only being there for 5 hours and had to leave. The next day I text her and we were able to return and finish our trip. I highly recommend this property.

Awesome trip

My husband, daughter, her boyfriend, and I just stayed for a week and it was absolutely perfect. The house is comfortable and spacious, super clean, and has all the amenities you need. Rebecca was phenomenal in communicating with us and went above and beyond to assist us with any questions or concerns that we had. She even was able to add an extra night stay at the last minute for us. She made sure to also give us a great variety of fun things to do while in the area. We had a small issue trying to find a place to park our trailer due to unexpected snowfall and she and Dave went above and beyond helping with us. I can’t say enough good things about our experience and are already looking at planning a return trip.

Great cabin

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the cabin. We stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday with our family and appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Spent a lot of our time on the huge deck playing fooseball and enjoying the cold weather with heaters. Rebecca is very quick to respond with any concerns or questions which was much appreciated! Would definitely recommend!

Weekend escape to cool weather

Overall was a nice place and clean. Clean bedding! Liked the fenced in balcony for our dog. Neighbors were nice. Great place for a group.

Fantastic Mountain Retreat

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely mountain cabin. Conveniently located between Flagstaff and Sedona we were able to visit both areas easily and still enjoy the comfort of a quiet mountain neighborhood. The home was lovely exactly as advertised and well kept. It was generously stocked with everything you would need for a quiet getaway. It had a FANTASTIC deck that allowed for great outdoor cooking, relaxing and fun. We truly appreciate our hosts hospitality and look forward to our next opportunity to visit.

A Comfortable Getaway

Our family enjoyed a relaxing time at Quadmanor. The amenities were plentiful and the location was perfect! The home had all we needed and more including the most amazing massage chair! Dave and Rebecca were great communicators and were very accommodating! I will recommend this home to friends and family. This wonderful home will definitely be our first choice for a relaxing, peaceful getaway in Munds Park!

Beautifully updated

My husband and I were just looking for a place north to escape the Valley heat and found Munds Park. We enjoyed our two week stay in this updated split entry home in a peaceful neighborhood. All the essentials are there that you need. The fresh air from all the tall pines that scented the air as we sat on the massive wrap-around deck was extremely pleasing and relaxing. And the traffic noise from the Interstate hwy was mild and was not at all a bother. This home is an inviting place to stay and relax. Plus, the hosts were very responsive and helpful when questions were asked, no problem. We would recommend!

Perfect getaway

Our family had a great time at the Quadmanor Cabin. It was very clean and ready to go upon our arrival. The outside deck is amazing spent a lot of time out there. Perfect little dog run for our dog to do her business. Quiet neighborhood and friendly people. So thankful it had an AC unit we were up on a pretty warm weekend, so that was very nice to have. The massage chairs were also great! This cabin has everything you need. Our family loved it and would definitely stay here again. The host Rebecca was great with communication. If you chose this cabin you will not be disappointed! Beautiful and so relaxing!

Loved It, Balcony to breath in the pines and stars.

"Rebecca, Thank you for the wonderful comfortable accommodations! Loved the large 2nd story patio that wraps around 3/4 of the cabin. We could sit out there day and night in total comfort. We stayed over the long Fourth of July weekend and everyone we met was so nice. The community is very inviting even though we were short term renters. WE brought our talon, and took it on some fun all terrain motorized trails, so fun with the grandkids. Parking at your unit was outstanding due to having two vehicles, a trailer, and the talon. It all worked fine. I also loved the room setup, two rooms upstairs, and one down. Three bathrooms was also a good surprise. The kitchen was well stocked, so cooking was easy. The large granite top with bar chairs worked great when we had some friends for dinner. I personally really enjoyed the massage chair, that was the topnotch kind with deep massage from your toes to fingertips. Also the designated fenced dog run in back, was used and easy for cleanup. Thank you again and will highly recommend. Becky Stayed from June 27 to July 8"

Winter wonderland!

Host was amazing and very communicative! When we arrived to the home it was 100% exactly as pictured. We wanted a place to go play in the snow and this home felt just perfect a warm and cozy cabin in the snow!! My family had the most amazing time they could just walk out and play in the snow, we also enjoyed the large deck with heaters at night. We had such a nice stay, we definitely will book again. Thank you Rebecca for giving us a wonderful weekend in your home!

This house needs a very serious, extensive and thorough deep cleaning.

We asked to arrive at 1pm instead of 3pm and were given no flexibility. We arrived at 3pm and the cleaning wasn’t done. It was more than three hours before she finished (even then, it was superficially cleaned at best). We stored luggage on the deck and cleaned a spot on the counter for food while we waited outside for access. We dealt with animal hair everywhere and had to clean throughout our stay. The appliances had food residue in or on most of them, requiring cleaning before use. The grill was filthy and required significant effort to clean. There was dirty laundry in the washing machine. Needs attention to details such as dead batteries in remotes and wall clocks, burnt out light bulbs and something other than coffee mugs to drink from. The property has great potential, but failed to deliver on many different levels. The owner did contact us and offered to refund the cleaning fee, but later rescinded the offer. We were told part of the cleaning routine is to fill all the propane tanks, which was not done. The owner provided no solution to the fact that 5 of the 6 tanks were empty 3 days into a 6 day stay. We were offered an apology, but no option other than hauling and paying for the tank exchanges ourselves. We were told she doesn’t supply an endless supply of propane. No reasonable guest expects an endless supply of propane. Full tanks at the beginning of the stay, however, is a reasonable expectation. The response from the owner for not having the property cleaned well was answered with it being our responsibility to accommodate the house cleaner’s personal problems and be more sympathetic. We were told this was the second time this individual cleaned the property and we were sympathetic, as we invited her to stay for dinner since she was still there well past the point that we all needed something to eat and had to get dinner started. The house cleaner also told us she asked the owner to refund our cleaning fee. We’ve rented homes all over the U.S. and even abroad with great results. The point of renting a home rather than staying in a hotel is to have a more intimate experience. But, the expectations of cleanliness and access to amenities are still important and need to be delivered. Occasionally we get one that falls short, such as this one did. Hopefully, the property owner can take this review constructively to improve the experience for guests in the future rather than make excuses for not delivering for us during our stay.

Very nice place

Graduation weekend

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and comfortable. Our only suggestions would be to check the water in the basement shower. We had lukewarm water for every shower. The water from that bathroom sink was nice and hot so it was a little confusing. Also, you could add some wine glasses. We had to drink wine from coffee mugs. Other than that everything was really nice and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck with the fire table and heaters!

Family Sedona AZ Trip

This property was great! The biggest perk for us was the 3 bathrooms which made it nice getting ready in the morning. My only concern was not having a grocery store or variety of restaurants in this town but after the first night we knew this, so we planned accordingly.

A quiet spring getaway in the forest

We stayed at Quad Manor for a week recently in mid-March. The daytime weather was in the 50s and 60s. We liked the quiet setting and getting away from the crowds in nearby Sedona. We had considered bringing our dogs but elected not to and it was probably best as there are still melting snow piles and running streams on the property and mud in the fenced back yard. There is no access to the yard from the deck, so you would need to let pets out through the garage on the lower level. The home is cute and comfortable and very homey. We both tried out the massage chair after hiking days. It is intense! We used the fireplace/heater while reading in the evening. We were out and about most days to nearby Sedona and The Village of Oak Creek where the Spring Break crowds meant bumper to bumper traffic through town. We shopped for groceries in Flagstaff and Oak Creek. We enjoyed walks through Munds Park and tried one local trail hike but it was too muddy. The owners are available if needed for any problems, but we did not have any. Our highlights were a hike through Boynton Canyon in Sedona, stargazing with a former NASA astronomer in Oak Creek and beautiful drives to Oak Creek Canyon and Grand Canyon. This home would be comfortable for a family getaway.

We purchased this property because of the outdoor living, the first thing we did was build a huge deck to enjoy the breeze and wildlife. We purchased this property because of its accessibility to hundreds of UTV trails including backroads to Sedona and Flagstaff.
