Water-view home on golf course with hot tub, pool, tennis, on-site golf, & patio

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you loved the home, the amazing view, and that it was clean and well supplied for your stay. We’re very sorry for the delay and inconvenience you experienced at check-in, especially having to wait for assistance with the entrance code and not being pre-listed at the security gate. We understand how frustrating that can be right upon arrival, and we’ll share this with our team to help improve coordination with community access in the future. We also appreciate your suggestion about providing more detailed information about the community, such as pool locations. That’s a great point and would certainly help future guests settle in more easily. Lastly, thank you for your feedback regarding the bed configuration in the second bedroom. We’ll pass that along for consideration as well. We truly appreciate your honest review and are happy to hear you would consider staying again! Best regards, Casago Team
