Make yourself at home in this 2-bedroom Pigeon Forge cottage. No crazy mountain roads to climb. No stairs, flat one level entrance and design. Easy to come and go for guests traveling with disabilities. Located just off the Parkway and walking distance to many attractions. Ride the Trolley with stops just out off of the Parkway. The bedrooms feature a queen bed and a king bed, offering plenty of space for a restful night. Guests can unwind in one of the two bathrooms, one including a jetted bathtub for a truly relaxing soak. The cozy living room includes 2 couches, and a comfy chair, perfect for guests to lounge in after a day of adventure. Or maybe enjoy the warmth and glow of the gas fireplace. With thoughtful touches like heating and air conditioning, comfort is always within reach. This fabulous cottage invites guests to create lasting memories in a tremendous setting. Fall in love with Pigeon Forge and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Did we mention we have a seasonal pool? We also have a 2 car garage for you to enjoy while you stay with us.

The house is beautiful and very clean in a really quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The hosts were so sweet and accommodating, and the check in and check out process was quick and easy! Would definitely recommend this place in the future!

The weekend was perfect. We got a call on Friday that we could check in early and check out late on Sunday. What a great way to start your trip. We loved everything about the property.

We loved the neighborhood. Everyone there was nice and friendly. The rooms were clean. However the shower head in the master bedroom wasn’t adjustable but that was no big deal. The pool was clean and just a short walk. Overall we had a great time and thought we might do it again next year. We were a little confused about the host cohost thing but we figured it out.

Our family had an amazing stay! The house was beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for our family vacation. The location was perfect—close to all the attractions while still being peaceful and comfortable. Sean was an exceptional host, friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared that we had a great experience. He made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable home with an outstanding host!

This was literally a dream property for our family of 4! We really appreciated that there were not a lot of decor pieces on shelves and such, as we were traveling with a toddler who is very inquisitive. The location was great! Super close to so many fun things! The pool was easy to access and very clean! The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. The "master" bedroom is HUGE and allowed us to use a pack-n-play for our infant, without restricting movement around the rest of the room! I would suggest sleeping on the queen bed if you have back issues. Otherwise, this was the perfect space for our week long trip!

We came in for the Smokey Mountain Jeep Invasion. The location was perfect for this. It sits far enough off the parkway that you're not bothered by the evening traffic. There is a back way out so if the parkway is grid locked like it is during the invasion you can avoid the parkway and pop out at your destination. The accommodation itself is just like the pictures. Clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet with very little traffic. The garage was a big draw for us since we would be taking the top off the jeep for the weekend and it worked out perfectly. The owners were great, very accommodating and communicated well with us on a couple logistical issues that were out of both of our control. We had a great stay.

Excellent experience with this property and management! We had a slight hiccup with the door code but Sean came to the rescue immediately and got us squared away. This place is in prime location just across the road from the Wax Museum but far enough from the highway that we did not have to hear all the traffic at all hours! You can walk not even 5 minutes and catch the trolley so you don’t have to drive from one end of the town to the next. Property was very clean and we will definitely be booking here again the next time we stay in that area!

Thank you for your input. We leave a "starter" or "welcome" set of towels for our guests. We would've left even more but the prior guests damaged several of them, and we had to reorder matching ones. We have just replaced the damaged ones once again, so we're fully stocked. We're glad Sean and Christy brought you replacement towels during your stay. Please come back again soon.

Perfect location. Away from the parkway but no crazy hills to climb to get to it. Great for motorcycles. And the garage was fantastic for keeping our rides out of the weather.
