This 4 bedroom / 3 Bathroom home can easily sleep up two families or a group of 8 people with:

Two large bedrooms with kingsize beds, each with a private bathroom.
One large bedroom with two twin beds, private balcony and shared bathroom
One guest room with full size bed and shared bathroom

All bedrooms have comfy pillow-top mattresses, ceiling fans and air-conditioning to ensure you get a good night rest!

The living room with contemporary furniture opens up onto a covered terrace with 'loungey' seating and a comfy dining area. You can also enjoy our Smart TV-equipped flatscreen, so if you have a Netflix or Hulu account, you can go online and watch the most recent movies!

Our kitchen is fully equipped with an American gas range , blender, juicer, toaster, mixer and cooking equipment!

Other things to note
The consumption of electricity is not included in the rental price ands has to be paid separately . The consumption is based on meter reading upon check in & check out date.

E.g: An average consumption with AC will cost +/-15us$/day. Without AC +/- 5us$/day

A deposit of 15us$/day ( depending on your stay) has to be paid cash upon ‘Check- in Date’.
If the TENANT doesn’t consume more than 15us$/day, the TENANT will get a refund in cash for any unconsumed usage of electricity. If the TENANT consumes more, it has to be paid extra. (The price / Khw is 0,35us$)
