The total high quality apartments are partially accessible and therefore suitable for seniors or guests with mobility problems. Our own parking spaces are located at the house. The spa park of the seaside resort Boltenhagen as well as cafes and restaurants, shops and beach promenade can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Upon request, we offer our guests a bread delivery service to the front door and spa and beauty offers are bookable

Only 100 meters to the fine sandy beach with very good swimming is the 3-room Non smoking apartment 1 in the residence at the pond. The center near, located in a residential street apartment, offers with a beautiful terrace rest and relaxation. On a floor space of 72 square meters, the guest will find everything that is needed for a relaxing stay. In particular, the two separate bedrooms? One with a double bed, the other with two single beds, sleep up to 4 people. The spacious living area includes an open, fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and plenty of dishes and pots. Meals can be taken comfortably at the large dining table. The cozy living area with access to the terrace is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and a shelf wall. Of course, also TV and music system are available. A shower room is available. In the house there are bicycle storage, laundry and drying room. Washing machine use for a fee.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
