Vacation Apartment No. 52 in the Dünenblick vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that accommodates up to 3 people.<br><br>Located on the 3rd floor of Building 1, you’ll enjoy your stay in this 2-room vacation apartment. With a living area of 55 m², the apartment features a living/dining area, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a balcony facing northeast. The distance to the beach from Dünenblick is approximately 50 m.<br><br>From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished balcony with its stunning lake view. The living area is equipped with a sleeper sofa (160 x 200 cm) and a dining area. For evening entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a selection of books.<br><br>The bright kitchenette features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, an oven, and a 4-burner stovetop.<br><br>In the bedroom, a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) ensures a restful night’s sleep. A large closet provides storage space for your vacation wardrobe. Roller shades are installed on the windows to block out light.<br><br>A shower room is also available. The living area has tile flooring, while the bedroom features hardwood floors. In this non-smoking apartment, a maximum of two pets are allowed. An underground parking space (entrance height 2.10 m) ensures safe parking for your car. <br><br>At Dünenblick, free Wi-Fi (subject to availability), bicycle storage, coin-operated washing machines, and coin-operated dryers. <br><br>Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Some vacation apartments overlooking the Baltic Sea offer a direct view of the ocean.<br><br>Coin-operated washing machines and a coin-operated dryer are available in the basement of the first building. You can park your bicycles in the bike rack in front of the vacation complex.
