Waterkant - Bernstein Wohnung 13

Vacation Rental No. 13 "Bernstein" in the Waterkant complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

The vacation rental is a beautiful and modern 3-room apartment in the center of Boltenhagen and is located on the first floor. The 68 m² apartment features a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The beach is only about 100 meters away.

The modern living room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings in front of the TV. Or you can simply unwind to some soft music from the stereo. The west-facing balcony is furnished with patio furniture.

Both bedrooms feature box-spring beds (1x180x200 cm). There’s plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe in the large closets. Both bedrooms can be darkened with roller blinds. The entire vacation rental is tiled and therefore suitable for people with allergies.

The amenities in this vacation rental leave nothing to be desired. The large, open kitchen is, of course, equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner stove with oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The modern shower room also features a washing machine. A guest restroom is also available.

The “Bernstein” vacation rental is a non-smoking property where pets are not permitted.

The Waterkant complex is located near the Kurhaus, across from the pier. An underground parking space and a bicycle storage room are available.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

At the Waterkant vacation complex, you’ll spend your vacation right in the heart of Boltenhagen. The beach is about 100 meters away.

Some apartments have free Wi-Fi. One free parking space is available for each apartment in the underground parking garage (maximum vehicle height: 1.90 meters).

The Waterkant resort offers a total of 29 vacation apartments for two to four people, spread across three buildings situated one behind the other.
Thanks to the spacious layout and the modern, comfortable amenities of the vacation apartments, you can enjoy a wonderful Baltic Sea vacation at the Waterkant complex.

The entrances to Buildings An and B are located at the rear of the building. You can access Building C from the side of the building.

Some apartments feature a beach chair on the balcony. The kitchenettes are fully equipped, and some include dishwashers. Depending on the amenities and size of the vacation apartments, they may feature fireplaces, bathtubs, and, in some cases, washing machines.
