The 78 m² vacation apartment features a living and dining area, a kitchenette, three sleeping areas, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is only about 200 m from the Fritz-Reuter-Weg complex.<br><br>You can access the furnished balcony from the living room. Enjoy the partial lake view from here during the winter and fall months. The living area is furnished with a dining nook, a cozy two-seater sofa, and an armchair. A pleated blind provides privacy. A flat-screen TV and a stereo system provide additional comfort.<br><br>The modern kitchenette features an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a freezer compartment. In the basement, you’ll find the bedroom with a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a spacious closet. A pleated blind is installed at the window for blackout purposes. An internal spiral staircase in the entryway leads to the upper floor.<br><br>Upstairs, there is a spacious bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a closet, another flat-screen TV, and a selection of games. The front, open sleeping area is furnished with a sofa bed (140 x 185 cm). A roller shade was chosen to block out the light. The entire apartment has laminate flooring.<br><br>A unique feature of the apartment is a washing machine in the shower room. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. The vacation complex at Fritz-Reuter-Weg 2 is located on a quiet side street.
