When we discovered this area, we were drawn to the incredible natural beauty and the relaxed pace of life. The combination of quiet canals, nearby world-class beaches, and endless opportunities for water activities makes it one of our favorite places to unwind and recharge.
As hosts, our goal is to create a place where guests can experience that same feeling. We designed the villa to be a space where friends and families can enjoy the outdoors, spend time together, and make the most of everything island living has to offer—from mornings on the water to sunset dinners by the pool.
We truly enjoy sharing this special place with guests who appreciate the beach lifestyle, outdoor adventure, and the simple joy of being near the water. Whether you're here to explore the ocean, try new water sports, or just relax and soak up the Caribbean atmosphere, we hope Wakesurf Villa feels like your own private island retreat.

We chose the Leeward neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of privacy, natural beauty, and convenience. Located along the peaceful Leeward Canal, the area is known for its quiet residential atmosphere, beautiful waterfront homes, and easy access to some of the best experiences Turks and Caicos has to offer.
One of the things we love most about this neighborhood is the direct access to the water. The calm canals make it ideal for paddleboarding, kayaking, boating, and wakesurfing right from the dock, while the nearby open ocean provides endless opportunities for exploring the island by boat.
The neighborhood is also just minutes from two of the island’s most beautiful beaches. Grace Bay Beach, consistently ranked among the best beaches in the world, is a short drive away with its powder-white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water. Long Bay Beach is also nearby and is famous for its shallow waters and steady breeze, making it a favorite for kiteboarding and peaceful beach walks.
Despite its tranquil setting, Leeward is conveniently close to restaurants, marinas, shops, and island activities, so guests can easily enjoy everything the island offers while still returning to a quiet and relaxing waterfront retreat at the end of the day.
