You are located just a smooth 15-minute drive from downtown Cabo San Lucas, placing premium supermarkets, high-end shopping plazas, esteemed seaside seafood restaurants, and the legendary, vibrant nightlife of the Marina entirely within easy reach. Renting a car or utilizing our private transport recommendations is highly encouraged to seamlessly experience local beaches and nearby championship golf courses.

- Booking & Age Guidelines: To maintain the tranquil, refined atmosphere of El Pedregal, the primary signing renter must be at least 30 years of age. The maximum occupancy of the estate is strictly limited to 8 guests.

- Villa Policies: Casa Finisterra is a strictly non-smoking property, both indoors and outdoors; violations are subject to a mandatory $500 USD penalty. To preserve the luxury fixtures and designer finishes of the estate, pets are not permitted on the premises.

- Taxes: Please note that all luxury villa rental rates are subject to an additional 16% VAT and a 4% Lodging tax.

This can include, but is not limited to, furniture, finishes, appliances, new homes or structures, and/or foliage that may affect the views. As such, construction-related noise or activity in the surrounding area does not qualify for compensation, cancellation, relocation, or refunds.
