2- Go to the parking garage first floor, lockbox is the first one on the right on the bottom

3- code is 0177 take the black fob and the house key, leave the small silver key in the lockbox
4-black fob opens up the parking garage, parking space is on 4th floor, D-47.
5- black fob opens up outer doors, jacuzzi, pool, and calls the elevator
6- unit is on the 20th floor, unit 2005

Cleanliness & Pest Prevention

Hawaii has a lot of bugs, so I really appreciate your help keeping the unit clean:
1- Please don’t leave food out on the counters, on the floor, or anywhere.
2- Please clean up any spills or messes right away.
3 - please Run the garbage disposal when needed and do not leave food in the garbage disposal
4- Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. Wash them promptly
5- Please do not leave water running, as bugs are attracted to water
6- Please take out the trash daily and use the chute right across the hall. Liners, shampoo, and conditioner will be coming via Amazon

Storage & Organization

-The small closet is perfect for hanging clothes.
-The long dresser is available for folded items.
-There’s also a shoe rack you can use for shoes or extra storage.

Kitchen & Supplies

Cleaning supplies are under the sink.
Dishes and food items are in the upper right cabinet.
Pots and pans are in the oven

Living Area

The couch pulls out into a sofa bed and is already set up with clean sheets.
You’ll find a clean comforter and pillow nearby.
The chair is a Serta perfect sleeper that pulls out and there is also a futon.
There’s a divider for a bit more privacy between the sleeping area and the rest of the unit.
Please avoid using any cabinets that are locked.

AC is behind white vanity. Please leave it on 76 when you leave
PLEASE leave kitchen and bathroom light on when you leave.

Please DO NOT leave any food/crumbs out.

Extra towels are in the bathroom.
Extra bed linens are in a black storage container next to the couch.

TV is Spectrum / Roku / Prime.
. Please DO NOT USE mirrored closet.

Pans are in oven; coffee maker is in the top shelf cabinet.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
-Gather used towels-leave all used towels in bathroom
-Throw trash away
Place all trash in trash chute
Turn things off:
All Lights-indoor
Stove
Turn Air Conditioner off
Failure to complete may incur additional Fees
Close windows; keys in lock box

Remove food from Refrigerator.
Please leave beds used unmade
If sofa bed used place sheets and blankets on sofa

The house is protected via Terminex PLEASE do not leave food out ever. Food left and roach infestation will result in an additional $150 treatment cost fee for eradicating bugs Mahalo Nui Loa for staying at the property!
