The screened porch with a large table and grill allows guests to eat a quiet meal outdoors. A large wrap around deck provides additional outdoor space. The cottage is within a FIVE-MINUTE WALK to the broad sandy beach. It is an ideal setting for family fun, a quiet get-away, or romance. The community pool is conveniently located along the walk to the beach and is free to Sparrow Pond visitors. The Cougar Point golf course and clubhouse/restaurant is within walking distance. Miles of trails for walking or biking cover the island. Fresh Fields shopping center is a two-mile bike or car drive from the cottage near the entrance to the island. At the center, you will find a grocery store, shops, drug store, liquor store, coffee shop, sports shop, restaurants, medical care, and more. Bohicket Marina is another mile near the entrance to Sea brook Island and has a full-service marina as well as more restaurants and shops. Be sure to be there at sunset!
