This custom-built home sits on a quiet tree-lined street in West Hollywood, just steps from Melrose Place, Urth Caffe, and the design district anchored by RH Gallery.
A gated entry opens to a private front courtyard shaded by olive trees and mature plantings, with a seating area tucked among the greenery. The quality of the home is evident before you step inside, from the materials to the hardware to the landscaping.

Through the front door, your sightline extends directly through the home to the pool and backyard beyond. The open floor plan is anchored by a kitchen on the left with a dining table positioned to take advantage of natural light from all directions. To the right, an oversized RH Cloud sectional faces a large television, with a Timothy Oulton marble coffee table and two accent chairs completing the living area. A full bathroom is located on this level.

Floor-to-ceiling pocket doors along the back wall open fully to blur the line between indoors and out. Just beyond is a seating arrangement of two chairs and a sofa, and the bedroom with a king bed. The en-suite bathroom features an oversized soaking tub and a beautifully finished shower. Every detail has been considered.

The backyard is anchored by a private pool, one of the largest in the area and a true rarity for this neighborhood. A double chaise sits poolside, with two additional loungers beyond. A grassy area and a built-in seating area with a firepit complete the outdoor space. The landscaping throughout is professionally maintained, with mature trees providing privacy on all sides.

Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor areas. There will be no one else on the property except the weekly landscaper and pool service unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

This home is located on Westbourne Drive in West Hollywood, one of the most sought-after pockets of the city. Melrose Place is steps away, home to designer boutiques, cafes, and the Sunday farmers market. Urth Caffe, Craig`s, Gracias Madre, and Crossroads Kitchen are all within a short walk. The three-story RH Gallery on Melrose Avenue anchors the design district, with a rooftop terrace overlooking the Hollywood Hills. The Pacific Design Center and La Cienega Design Quarter are nearby for those in the design and creative industries. Despite the proximity to everything, the street itself is quiet and residential.

Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you are an explorer, we recommend a car.

That said, this neighborhood is one of the more walkable areas in LA. Melrose Place, Urth Caffe, and dozens of restaurants are within a five-minute walk. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

This property is located approximately 12 miles miles from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and 11 miles miles from SoFi Stadium.

Please note that in the State of California, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.

Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property`s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.

- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.

- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.

- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
