Summary:
Experience the best of island living at Anchor and Tide! This luxury 3 bed 2.5 bath townhouse in Mariner's Landing is brand new to the vacation rental market and is available for shorter or longer stays. We always welcome our FLETC personnel and snowbirds!
Mariner's Landing is an exclusive townhome community on the mid-south end of St. Simon's Island. You are right near the causeway for easy access on and off the island. You are near all the amenities the island offers. You are just a 6 minute drive to pier village which has shopping, restaurants and fishing. You are less than 10 minutes to the coveted East Beach and Massengale Beaches. You can be at Redfern Village in less than 5 minutes where you can find some great local seafood, live music and boutique shopping.
The inside of the home is tastefully decorated with a luxury "beachy" feel. You have everything you need in the home for your shorter or long term stay including a fully stocked kitchen, a drip coffee maker, smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room for streaming, some card and board games, 2 bicycles, beach chairs and some beach toys.
There is a community pool for your use and Gascoigne Park is a 2 minute drive/10 min walk.
If your stay is between March 1 and October 31, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night for stays 3-21 nights. You can use this for renting additional bicycles, kayaks, beach umbrellas, cornhole and much more!
Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.
Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.
Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.
After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!

You will receive a unique code to the front door a day before your arrival. Once entering the home you can park 1 car in the garage and 2 additional cars in the driveway.
