The heart of Red Robin Estate is a beautifully appointed 5,000-square-foot, two-story main residence designed for gathering, comfort, and panoramic living. The home features five bedrooms — three on the second floor and two on the first — along with 4.5 bathrooms thoughtfully arranged for comfort and convenience. Expansive windows frame breathtaking mountain and valley views, filling the home with natural light throughout the day. Multiple living areas allow guests to spread out while staying connected — ideal for multi-family stays and meaningful time together.

Lower-level spaces open to private balconies and wraparound outdoor areas, perfect for sunrise coffee and golden-hour conversations. The panoramic sunroom, complete with a grand piano and refined seating, offers one of the most captivating vantage points on the estate.

Upstairs, additional bedrooms and inviting gathering spaces provide privacy and flexibility for larger groups, creating a layout that feels both spacious and intimate.

Guest access
Red Robin Estate is located within the gated 55-acre Oak Creek Ranch. Before arrival, you’ll receive access details for the main gate and the estate, making your check-in seamless and stress-free.

A private driveway leads you directly to the home, with clear signage and soft evening lighting to guide your arrival. There is ample on-site parking, including a covered parking area for your convenience.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire estate — including all indoor living spaces, private balconies, outdoor terraces, hot tub, fire pit lounge, volleyball court, and surrounding grounds designated to the property. Except for the Pool (Closed for maintenance), Cleaners Closet and maintenance room.

While Oak Creek Ranch includes additional residences in separate areas, they are thoughtfully positioned to ensure privacy and no shared amenities during your stay.

Our goal is for you to fully relax and enjoy your time here, so we’ve included a few thoughtful guidelines to help everything run smoothly for everyone.

Guest Count: The estate comfortably accommodates up to 16 registered guests (contact host if more). For safety, insurance, well water, and septic capacity reasons, only approved guests may be on the property at any time.

No Pets Policy: To maintain an allergen-free environment, pets are not permitted. In accordance with applicable law, valid service animals are welcome.

Quiet Mountain Setting: Sound carries easily in open landscapes. We kindly ask guests to keep voices and music at respectful levels and honor quiet hours between 9 PM till 8 AM at all times in accordance with Madera County noise regulations.

Respect for Nature: We are part of a mountain community that deeply respects wildlife and the surrounding environment. Deer, wild turkeys, robins — and occasionally bears — are part of the landscape. Please secure food, properly latch trash bins, and help us preserve the beauty of the property.

Sustainability & Waste: To help protect our environment, we kindly ask guests to minimize waste and dispose of trash responsibly during their stay. Bear proof dumpster is on the cross section of driveway towards the home.

Water Conservation: The estate operates on well water, which is a limited mountain resource. Please use water thoughtfully. A reverse osmosis (RO) system is installed to provide filtered drinking water. Please note that the RO system produces a limited quantity of purified water at a time and refills gradually. We recommend using it primarily for drinking purposes and not for filling large containers.

Septic System: The home is on a septic system. Please flush only the provided toilet paper. Any wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or other materials can cause blockages and significant damage. Plumbing issues resulting from improper use may incur repair charges exceeding $500.

Mountain Living: Being immersed in nature means you may occasionally encounter insects or small critters such as ants, spiders, insects, mice and cobwebs despite regular professional pest control. We take every precaution, including regularly scheduled professional pest control to minimize these occurrences, but they are a natural part of the mountain experience and may get past our defenses from time to time. If you do notice any of this during your stay, please let us know so we can promptly address them and ensure your comfort.

No Parties or Events: Unauthorized gatherings, smoking, or violation of house rules may result in fees and immediate removal from the property.

Driveway & Access: A portion of the ranch entrance road is shared. Please observe a maximum speed of 15 mph and follow posted signage to the estate.

Security & Safety: Exterior security cameras monitor entry points. The home is equipped with smoke/CO detectors, fire extinguishers, and a first-aid kit for your safety.

Property Boundaries: Respect the Property Lines: The estate is private, and neighboring parcels should not be accessed.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out:
Due to our mountain location and tight housekeeping schedules, early arrivals and late departures are typically unavailable. Guests needing extended access may book an additional night before or after their stay.

Security & Camera Disclosure:
Motion-activated cameras operate 24/7 in exterior areas. There are no cameras inside guest living spaces or bedrooms.

Pre-Arrival Information:
At least 24 hours prior to arrival, guests will receive their personalized door code, full address, and detailed check-in instructions.

Power Outages:
Mountain weather can occasionally cause power interruptions. While outages are typically restored as quickly as possible, we recommend guests prepare accordingly during winter travel.
