The Space:

Welcome to our stylish, modern condo nestled in the vibrant Zona Central, right in the heart of La Paz, just 4 blocks from the stunning Malecón! This prime location means you’re just a short stroll away from the best dining, shopping, and entertainment that La Paz has to offer. Perfectly designed for up to 4 guests, our condo is your ideal tropical getaway, equipped with the most important comforts of home.



Imagine starting your day with a leisurely walk along the Malecón, enjoying the breathtaking sea views and public art installations. After a day of exploring, unwind by the communal pools, complete with shaded lounge chairs perfect for relaxing with a good book or soaking up the sun. For dinner, why not grill up some delicious local seafood on the BBQ from the privacy of your balcony as you take in the tranquil evening ambiance with a fantastic sunset?



Our condo features the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including good Wi-Fi and a Smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer combo, and a cozy living area. When it’s time to rest and recharge, each bedroom has a lovely queen bed, blackout shades, and A/C for a restful night’s sleep.

Guest Access:

This is a self-check-in property. You will need to access the condo using a code. Full instructions will be provided before your arrival.

The condo is located in Zona Central, the bustling heart of the city and a vibrant hub of cultural, historical, and recreational activities. The Malecón (a promenade that stretches for several kilometers along the coast of the Sea of Cortez) is just 4 blocks away, where you can enjoy delicious food, local art, entertainment, and stunning sunsets!

- Kayaking or SUP Paddleboarding on the Sea of Cortez or La Paz Bay

- Swim with Whale Sharks (Season Oct 1 to April 30)

- The Cathedral of La Paz (Catedral de Nuestra Señora de La Paz)

Getting Around:

The property is approximately 12 km | 7 mi to/from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 193 km | 120 mi to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD). If you are arriving by car, there’s one assigned parking space at the complex.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).



- Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.

- The TV is equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests must climb stairs to access the condo on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator.

- Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in to be paid in cash to our local team.

Please turn off all fans, AC devices, and lights. A default will be a $20 USD fine.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur and for any extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay.

- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.

- Pets are not allowed.

- The washer/dryer, has a maximum capacity of 10kg when washing and 5 kg when drying.



Please note that you may hear dogs barking during your stay, as some neighboring homes have dogs.



As a precaution, please do not lock the interior doors, as we do not have keys to open them if needed. If locked, we would need to call a locksmith and guests would be responsible for covering the fees.



Interaction with Guests:

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, with exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the communal areas and amenities. We’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
