Welcome to Blue Horizon! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo sleeps up to six guests and is located in Compass Pointe Condos. Situated on the second tier, the condo offers peaceful water views. Guests can enjoy access to the resort-style pool featuring a zero-entry design.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen features granite countertops, all stainless-steel appliances, and a drip coffee maker. There is a bar-height dining table that seats six providing room for the whole group to gather.

Living Room
The living room offers a comfortable gathering space with two couches, including a queen-size sofa bed, a mounted flat screen TV, arcade style game, and an electric fireplace. Step out onto the second-tier balcony from the living area to enjoy your morning coffee with some lake views.

Bedroom
The first bedroom features two queen-sized beds, a mounted flat screen TV, and an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom features two queen-sized beds, a twin-sized bed, and a mounted flat screen TV.

Bathroom 2
The second bathroom features two single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.

Neighborhood Description
This condo is located in the heart of Osage Beach. Just a quick 5 minute boat ride from Dog Days, 1932 Reserve, or Backwater Jacks and sits just 2 minutes down the road from all the dining and shopping Osage Beach Pkwy has to offer by land.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
