We visited the Property For A Girls Bridal Weekend!! The Lake House is Absolutely Beautiful!!

The Owner of the Home was Very Attentive to any Questions we had in Regards To Operating anything in the House.. The Kitchen was overstocked with Everything you could Possibly think of... The Home had plenty of Space and Abundance of Towels for us to Use!! If you rent this home you won't be disappointed!!!

Great Vacation House

The house was very clean and lived up to our high expectations. The property was in a great location and very close to all the amenities that Palm Desert has to offer. Alicia the property manager was great! We had a couple small hiccups but the property manager was fantastic and addressed the issues quickly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Palm Desert/Indio.

Not quite what the pictures portray

Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa area. Inside was not very clean and in disrepair. Photos of the listing must be at least 5 years old, but more likely when the place was new. Location was great, views great and plenty of room.

We will return

This was one of the best stocked vacation homes we have rented. The property manager, Alicia Gonzalez, and her assistant Jose provided great communication prior to our arrival and were readily available for any little issues that popped up during our stay. I would not hesitate to book any property Alicia manages. We will be back.

Beautiful

Really enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated Alecia, the property manager. This was the best stocked VRBO property we've ever stayed---pool is fantastic and views are magnificent

Beautiful Terra Lago

This was our 2nd Girl's trip to this lovely home. Plenty of room for everyone! Pool and Hot Tub were perfect! We love how peaceful it is and the view of the lake is spectacular! There was a kayak at the property and a few girls took excursions. Alicia, the property manager, is so great! Just a phone call away for any questions. We will be back! :)

Amazing Property!!!

WOW! What a place! It's everything they say and More. Clean, well stocked with absolutely everything you need and then some. Beautiful location, easy to find. Alicia, the property manager.... what can I say, very attentive to all your needs, easy to get a hold of and just a wonderful person. We stayed for the whole month of February 2019, felt like home, hard to leave. Thank you so much for everything. I would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful property! Excellent service!

We recently spent the Christmas holidays at Terra Lago. The Villa is waterfront (hard to do in the desert) with its own pool and spa. We really didn’t have to leave the property for anything. It’s convenient to stores and shopping if you’re interested. The property is well stocked with just about everything you think you’ll need and some things you didn’t know you needed. Alicia was very responsive and didn’t seem to bat an eye when we texted her late in the evening about how to turn the heater on in the pool.(She told us earlier but we forgot.) Overall it was a great trip and an awesome Destination Christmas!

Perfect home for our family summer vacation

We had such an amazing time. The house is 2700 sq ft. Very clean and comfortable. The house sits at the corner lot so there are a lot of privacy. 6 parking space available. There are three rooms: master which includes a outdoor balcony with an amazing view of the beautiful terra Lago lake. If you have kids , the second room has bunk beds and video games. Such a cool space . 3rd bedroom shared a connected bathroom . There were plenty of blankets and towels for the whole family . Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were available in each shower . It was very welcoming and made our stay so comfortable . We spent most of our time in the kitchen cooking (kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils) and swimming outside in their infinity pool . We brought our own floaties. They provide one kayak and 2-3 fishing pools for the lake . We caught about 5 catfishes from the lake however ended up releasing them because we had bought so much food . Stores close by are Walmart , Winco , and Costco . There is also a casino close by called fantasy springs? We didn’t get a chance to go check it out because we were having too much fun at the house . However, We did visit the living desert (zoo-30 mins away) where we fed the gifraffes . Must do ... you can buy tickets from Costco 2 for the price of 1. I want to mention our host Alicia , she was amazing . She kept in contact with us the whole time . She went above and beyond. It was the perfect ending to our summer 2018. I would definitely recommend this place . Thanks again Alicia .

Beautiful Home

A weekend away for my friend's 50th birthday was enjoyed at this Indio home. It was a great girl's weekend! Lots of pool and spa time. Played games around the dining room table. Beds were so comfortable! We all really want to go back again! Manager Alicia was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing!

The whole experience was awesome. Alicia was great and kept in touch really well. She was able to answer all my questions without any hesitation. Met her at the property to ensure a full tour and understanding of the use of the control panel for pool, locks, air unit. There was no guessing from start to finish. Space is well kept, organized, clean. Many items in the pantry for use. Plenty of donated items from other guests (and others) such as hot sauce, spices, herbs, condiments, plastic cups and utensils. Everything in full working order. Even with some pool floaties, kayak, and fishing poles available. Just a ridiculously enjoyable weekend for my family of 12 (including children). We'd love to come back!!

Classy Family Rental

WOW is all I can say. Beautiful home, well stocked, awesome manager to work with for a few very, very minor concerns. Had family visit during Feb. break and our 8 year old granddaughter wanted to stay in bunk bed room forever. Unfortunately, she as well of the rest of us had to return home. You will not be dissapointed!!

Absolute Perfection!

We had the privilege to stay at this amazing Villa for 2.5 months and we loved everything about it. The interior is beautifully decorated and stocked full of all the conveniences anyone would need to enjoy their vacation. The outdoor patio has tons of seating and of course the pool and spa are gorgeous. Everything is exactly as the pictures showed! The view overlooking the lake was our favorite as we lounged by the pool. Alicia, the property manager, was excellent from the start of our vacation right up to check out. We loved our vacation and will be back again!

One of my favorite vacations

The property really is that beautiful! My family loved the home - especially the pool and the bunk room! Lovely amenities that make this property a nicer stay than most. The communication with the property manager was clear and easy. We stayed for a week, but I could have had another before I was ready to leave! I will definitely return to this property the next time I go to the area.

My villa sits next to a private lake. The back faces north and is in a prime location for watching the sunrise in the morning and in the evening the sunset. With it close proximity to shopping, restaurants and entertainment I think I chose the best property in the desert.
