This is a 1667 square foot all on one level home. It has been completely renovated in summer 2019. Get in the door and, WOW, this is so different from conventional Leisure World homes and you will love it. An open plan living area gives you the feeling of space, light and cleanliness. Modern materials, like easy to clean floor tiles throughout the house and kitchen appliances from GE have been carefully selected by the owners.
The open plan living area has a vaulted ceiling, comfy furniture accommodates you in front of a 52” flat screen TV which offers all kinds of streaming possibilities covering news, sports, movies and series. The kitchen adjacent to the living area offers a lot of storage, brand new GE appliances such as fridge with ice maker and iced drinking water tab, dishwasher, electrical range and microwave, a drinking water tab next to the faucet and a large breakfast bar. All the dishes you need, glasses, pots and pans, toaster, coffeemaker, slow cooker are available.
In front of the kitchen there is your outdoor area, the so called "Arizona Room", closed-in with a screen to keep insects out but it lets a fresh breeze in. The Arizona Room is furnished with a table and chairs for six and a lounge chair and there are two fans to keep you cool. If you like to barbecue, just roll the barbecue outside and have Burgers and Steaks your way.
For those of you who hate to be disconnected, there is an office, with an office table and High Speed fiber internet access, WIFI throughout the house. This room also offers a comfortable Futon which can be unfolded and sleeps 2.
The master bedroom has big windows allowing a view to the backyard. Depending on the season the Orange tree will deliver you fresh oranges for your morning juice. You get two full beds, side by side or separated, just as you prefer. Hidden in the cupboard you get your TV for late night shows, and the same streaming possibilities as the TV in the living room. The bathroom is en-suite, offers a spacious shower room, a thermostatic shower panel with a waterfall head and a separate room for the toilet. Adjacent to the bathroom there is a walking closet.
The guest bedroom comes with a Queen size bed, a closet and is right next to the guest bathroom also equipped with a thermostatic shower panel with a waterfall head. What a pleasure to shower!
To keep the heat out of the house there are special blinds and fans in all the rooms!
There is a utility room with a washing machine and a drier and direct access to the two-car garage. Through the utility room you get directly into the kitchen so your shopping gets easily from the car into the house.
To get around the resort you have a golf cart available, included in the rental price.

There are enough endurance possibilities for everybody, you also get free weights and a place to do your stretching. Join classes, such as Yoga, Pilates, Thai-Chi, Line Dancing or specialties such as Arthritis classes etc. Personal training available. Two swimming pools each of them offering lap swimming. There are water gym classes for beginners or advanced and you also get a huge Jacuzzi at one of the pools and a smaller one at the other. Ask for water volleyball hours! You can use the steam bath or the sauna, whenever you feel like it.Tennis courts, shuffle board, lawn bowling, basketball, pickleball, water volleyball. You are not the active type. There is much more: card room, pool room, club room or you can join one of the many craft workshops such as: photography, computer classes, jewelry, pottery, painting, sewing, knitting, dancing, wood crafting, you name it they offer it. Computer room with internet access and printer (should you not bring your own computer). Big library with all the books you always wanted to read and a lot of magazines and newspapers. They show movies on a regular basis and there is Bingo, various events and trips, just book, relax and enjoy. There is a bank and a post office on-site and should you have questions, there is always somebody at the reception who would like to help.

On one side of the resort you will find a huge shopping center called "Superstition Center", offering all the shops you need. Macys, Sears, Walmart, Office Max, just to name a few and supermarkets such as Frye's, WinCo Foods, Albertson's, Safeway, Target can be found just minutes away as well. There are hundreds of restaurants and fast food places just in front of your doorstep, cheap, casual and formal dining, as you wish. Five minutes from the resort you will find the famous Banner Hospital (cardiac and cancer problems) and lots of other health specialists. In the resort you get two qualified nurses to help you with your little problems.
SURROUNDINGN AREA
A 30 minute drive brings you to the mountains, where you can hike, go river tubing on the Salt River, bike or go for a hack on horseback. Beautiful deserts and lakes are close with breathtaking views and sunsets, offering recreation opportunities. Skiing is available approximately 130 miles to the north at Snow Bowl in Flagstaff or at Sunrise near Springerville to the east. Year-round you can enjoy professional sports teams in the area including the Phoenix Suns, Arizona Cardinals, Phoenix Coyotes and Phoenix Mercury, all within easy driving distance.
