Our thoughtfully prepared two-bedroom condo offers a comfortable place to settle in and enjoy the simple pleasures of island life. Located on the first floor, the condo provides easy access to both the private sandy beach and the heated pool.

At Salt & Sun, we believe some of the best vacation moments are often the simplest. A quiet morning coffee before the island wakes up. A leisurely walk along the shoreline. An afternoon spent reading by the pool or gathering around the table after a day of exploring the Keys.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers two double beds, making the space well suited for couples, families, or friends traveling together. Two full bathrooms and comfortable living spaces provide room to relax without feeling rushed.

Key Colony Beach is loved for its peaceful atmosphere and convenient location. While the community feels tucked away from the crowds, you're only minutes from local restaurants, fishing charters, waterfront dining, shopping, and many of the adventures that make the Florida Keys such a special destination.
