The Space
Located right on the Sound and a short walk from the beach, Scarlett Sunset features an outdoor shower and a beach closet containing bikes, a tent, beach umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, beach cart, and sand toys.

As part of the Caffey's Inlet HOA, you will have full use of the private beach access and community Sound dock and picnic area.

A Note About Nature:
Our home sits directly on the beautiful Currituck Sound, with the Atlantic Ocean just a short walk away. This unique location offers stunning water views, unforgettable sunsets, and the peaceful sounds of nature- but it also means you may occasionally spot local wildlife, including insects or even a friendly spider outdoors.
This is totally normal for sound- and beach-adjacent properties on the Outer Banks, especially during the warmer months. Please rest assured: the interior of the home is regularly treated by a pest control company, professionally cleaned before every stay, and meticulously maintained.
