Centrally located vacation apartment for up to 4 people with a terrace and wellness area.

This 3-room vacation apartment (77 m²) on the first floor is located close to the city and the beach. You’ll find a nautical-themed living and dining room with two sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy dining area. Three steps lead up to the open kitchen, which features a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and an oven. There are two bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm) and plenty of storage space in high-quality custom-built cabinets. Two bathrooms with showers and toilets are also part of this vacation rental. A terrace with patio furniture and a Sylt beach chair (seasonal) is located directly in front of the house. A free parking space is available right in front of the house. The absolute highlight of this vacation rental is the free use of the shared wellness area with a pool, sauna, and steam room at Bötticher Straße 7 (access via the basement), just a few meters from your front door. You can lock up your bicycles in an open shelter that protects them from the weather and prying eyes.
