Welcome to our family-owned Cape Cod cottage in the quiet Gateway Isles neighborhood of Yarmouth. This cozy, classic home has been part of many family memories over the years, and we’re excited to share it with guests looking for a relaxing Cape escape.

Our older cottage is full of charm and comfortable spaces to unwind after a day at the beach. The home features 2 bedrooms with accommodations for up to 5 guests, 1 full bathroom, and a private outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after sandy beach days. Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen, a comfortable living room with a fireplace, and a sunny sunroom with double sliding glass doors that open to the back patio.

Outside, enjoy the private backyard and patio area complete with a dining table, lounge chairs, grill, and outdoor fire pit — perfect for summer evenings with family and friends. There’s both driveway and street parking available.

Location is everything here. The public beach is just a 5-minute walk away and also offers daily parking if preferred. You’ll be close to local restaurants, attractions, shops, and family activities while still enjoying the peaceful feel of a residential neighborhood.
