Gorgeous quintessential Cape Cod cottage tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Our cottage has had recent renovations and is located in South Yarmouth near Nantucket sound beaches, Bass River and Rt 28/Main Street.
Minutes from shopping, go carts, miniature golf, ice cream, bike trails and 4 ocean beaches.

Our cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, Living Room, Kitchen, & Dining room. It sleeps 4. Bedroom #1 has a queen sized bed and large closet, Bedroom #2 has two twin beds and large closet.

** Dog Fee: $20.00 per night (per dog), 2 dog maximum** As much as we love cats and other pets, we do not allow them due to severe allergies of our other guests. Do NOT allow your dog on the furniture.

** Sheets/Towels are NOT included with this rental, although available for an additional fee of $75.00. **
**We keep our rates low by inviting our guests to bring their own bath towels, beach towels, and bed sheet sets (1- queen, 2 - twin),**

** Summer Rentals: Weekly stay end of June through end of August (Friday to Friday) **

**7 night maximum stay. Please do not use instant booking for more than 7 night stay. Please inquire with the host/owner **

Please leave the cottage the way you found it, clean and neat

Please clean up dog hair inside and outside and do Not allow your dog on the furniture.

Guest who books is expected to stay at the cottage. Please do not rent our cottage for someone else if you are not going to stay there as well.

The backyard has plenty of seating, an outdoor shower, a fire pit and Weber gas grill.

Enjoy your evenings sitting in adirondack chairs in front of the propane fire pit. Our backyard overlooks the Crowell marsh with wildlife to enjoy. Listen to the song birds and ducks, watch the squirrels play and rabbits as they come to visit.

Enjoy a winter escape while staying cozy and warm in front of the gas fireplace

Pet Friendly Serene RetreatBeautifully appointed cottage which backs up to the marsh. Immaculate, well maintained, tastefully decorated. Great gathering spots both inside and out. Loved the firepit outdoors and gas fireplace inside on those cool nights. Beach is a 15 -18 min walk and cottage has beach chairs and a beach wagon to transort same. This does not feel like a rental, it feels like home.

Awesome cape cottage

The cottage was immaculate and very comfortable. Bonnie thought of everything! The location was close to beaches and conveniences. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Tranquil location

The property was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The cottage was clean and spacious for us. Communication throughout the stay was excellent. Looking forward to returning again.

Fantastic weekend getaway

Great, cozy house!

My husband and I (and our doggie) had a wonderful long weekend staying here. Such a perfect location, clean, very cozy and private and Bonnie was very informative. We would recommend this place highly!!

Perfect Cape Cod Cottage

Perfect cozy cottage

This cottage was the perfect place for our sister's weekend! Short 10 min walk to the beach, easy access to great restaurants, shops, etc The outdoor fire pit was also a bonus during our stay. Communication with Bonnie was easy and helpful.

great stay

We only stayed two nights but would definitely come back. The house was amazingly clean and the space was very nicely decorated. The weather wasn't great for spending time outside but it looks back onto marsh and there were many birds around which was wonderful. It's also close to the beach and very quiet. Overall very pleased with the stay.

Quiet time at the Cape

Very clean, cute cottage at a convenient area of the Cape. Owners very responsive. Close to beaches, restaurants and activities. We went in September so most of the crowds had left. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Willow Breeze is everything that it is described to be!

Everything about the cottage is wonderful! It was in a great location with lovely decor and it was neat, super clean and outfitted with everything you could need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with walks to the beach and good times in the cottage. Would love to stay here in warmer weather to be able to enjoy the restful backyard.

The property was clean beautifully decorated and completely equipped. Communication with owner was easy and timely. Loved the oak floors. Beds felt like they were new and are really comfy. We had our small dog with us. She was greeted with dog bowls but she mostly enjoyed the stick library next door. We’ve been vacationing in south yarmouth for years and have never had such a gorgeous backyard as this one. It’s on a marsh; the manicured backyard merges into the natural plants on the marsh. The neighborhood is quiet. It was a wonderful visit.

Great home and vacation!

We had a great week at the cottage! The cottage is extremely well-maintained and very clean. We love the location and was able to bike to the beach. The cottage was perfect and we loved sitting in the backyard enjoying all the wildlife and the fire pit! A great week!

Perfect location for family visit to the Cape

Our family of four and our dog had a great stay at the Willow Breeze cottage. Perfect location for hitting the beach, activities in town, or eating out. We biked most places as it is very flat, quiet side streets, and short distances to pretty much all we needed. Beautiful backyard and plenty of room inside for all of us. Hosts were great as well.

Perfect location and place for family gateway

This place is soo cute plus the location is amazing walking distance to beaches, restaurants and local shops.. we brought paddle boards and bikes and never took the car out . There is a walking distance small beach perfect to launch your paddle board/kayak. I loved this place

Willow Breeze Cottage, South Yarmouth, MA

Willow Breeze Cottage was a wonderful central spot for our stay on Cape Cod. The cottage is lovely, spacious, with a nice back yard to relax in. Bonnie was very responsive, and thorough with all her information, check in, check out, the area, etc. If we return to the Cape Cod are we would look forward to staying at Willow Breeze Cottage.

Terrific central cape getaway.

Great quiet neighborhood. Central to everything. Many beaches within a few minutes. Cottage itself very clean and packed nothing. Would definitely recommend and return to.

Mom's 80th birthday celebration

We had a short stay but the cottage was lovely, clean and well maintained. The owner kept in contact to make sure we were able to easily get in and everything was in order. Also, the cottage was walking distance to the beach and short drive to nearby restaurants. We had a great time.

A quiet Cape Cod getaway

The cottage was quiet, simple and comfortable - excellent for a family vacation, where we could spend some quality time together. The property lacks a washing machine, but otherwise it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very much recommend.

My husband & I bought this cottage after many years of renting on the Cape. We loved the private backyard with the birds singing in the marsh, the proximity to 5 Nantucket Sound beaches and the ability to walk our dogs around the great neighborhood.
We've furnished the house the way we like it and we think you will too!

We have been kayaking the Bass River and enjoyed the beaches nearby for years. Our cottage is in a great location & centrally located on Mid-Cape, (.7 miles - 1.3 miles) from 5 Nantucket Sound beaches, ice cream, mini golf, arcade, batting cages, bowling, etc. Our quiet neighborhood is perfect for walking, running and/or riding your bike to the beaches.
Our private and peaceful backyard abuts up to the Crowell Marsh which is protected and has abundant wildlife.

We fell in love with the layout of the inside of our cottage as well as the private backyard. We have a propane fire pit in the backyard which makes evenings just as enjoyable as during the day.
