This lovely 2 bedroom one bath apartment is perfect for groups visiting New York.The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven and stove. Washer dryer in the apartment makes it easy to wash clothes during your stay. The (6) train is located right on the corner making it an easy commute to get to almost all major sites very quickly. There are straits to get to the apartment please keep that in mind. Apartment has 3 beds in total. One Queen size bed and two twins. Also enjoy a nice meal in the dining area. Table seats 4-5.

The place was in a low to moderate noise level neighborhood, clean, and had all the essentials needed for our stay. Very close to the subway so it was easy to commute. And very close to markets and small restaurants.

In short: this apartment isn't worth it. For some reason, the actual address is across the street from the address shown on the platform, so it was pretty confusing when I found a Burger King, and I worried about it. I texted to ask why the address is different, and the host didn't answer me until I called him (he said it's the office, but it also doesn't look like one). He said he'd meet me at the unit, but he never showed up. The inside of the unit is fine and basically like the photos show, but outside the unit it's not like that. There was no apartment amenity, just a very narrow, dim staircase that was piled with garbage, and, for some reason, there was a mattress on the stair beside the unit door. The location was convenient but not very safe - bunch of weird-acting people wandering on the street, and I actually saw several armed polices surrounded the nearby building when I arrived. Honestly, this price was not low even in NYC. I was expecting something better.

The property itself was clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, communication with the host before our arrival nonexistent. The host did not seem interested in communicating or answering questions ahead of our stay. Once we had checked in, though, the host was easy to reach and responded promptly.One of the biggest issues was that the address where we actually stayed was not the same address listed on the VRBO listing. While the accommodations were generally as described, the different location (across the street) was unexpected and should have been disclosed in advance.The listing also states that the property sleeps five, but that isn’t really accurate. It comfortably sleeps four. Accommodating a fifth guest would require three people to share a queen bed or someone to sleep on the couch. While extra sheets were provided, there was no comforter or blanket for the couch, making it unrealistic for someone to sleep there comfortably.The neighborhood was another disappointment. I wasn’t expecting a luxury area, but I did expect to feel reasonably safe. Unfortunately, the neighborhood did not give us that sense of security. The one positive was the easy access to the subway, which made getting around the city very convenient.Overall, the property was clean and served its purpose, but the lack of communication before arrival, the discrepancy in the property’s listed address, the misleading sleeping arrangements, a

The property is great, across the street from the subway station that goes direct to Grand Central or up to the Bronx. Communication with the host was great. Always responded in a short amount of time to any questions we had. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

The address on the listing is incorrect. The rental is down the street in a not so nice area. The interior of the unit was as described with limited to no cleaning supplies and other items. The rating is all about the address and location.

First of all we were not informed of the road blockage that would be occurring the day of check-in due to an event. We had no way of getting through. We checked in late night actually(3am). The apt looked good but on a third floor. It has roaches, we saw them in both bedrooms, the bathroom and the refrigerator, which not happy about at all. No bathroom paper which caught us by surprise. No coffee maker, there is a Kurig but we were prepared for a coffee maker. We stayed 1 partial night from the 2 nights we reserved. It’s unfortunate it wasn’t a good experience for us.

The location is shady. There are lot of homeless people below the property. The property stinks. The floor of the apartment was not mentioned we need to climb 4 floors for it. There were many issues with the apartment like bedbugs, toilet door not operational, shower curtain was short die to which the water use to spill, sink was clogging. For safety it was 2/10. Drawers handle were broken. I can go on and on
