Our luxury apartment with double height ceilings is fully equipped and furnished to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. We offer WiFi, Smart TV, air conditioning, and two private parking spaces, ideal for executives, families, and tourists.
The building has 24-hour surveillance, four elevators, and private parking, as well as an OXXO for your convenience.
You will also enjoy our exclusive amenities, such as a gym, pool, lounge areas, BBQ grills, and terrace, available only for reservations of more than 30 days.
The nearby commercial plaza offers a variety of restaurants and bars for your entertainment.
Our kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, extractor hood, and spacious pantry. Additionally, you will have pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and blender at your disposal.
The apartment has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find bedroom 1, with two single beds, a walk-in closet, desk with chair, and walk-in closet, as well as a full bathroom. Upstairs are bedrooms 2 with 1 twin bed, walk-in closet, desk and chair, dresser, and bedroom 3, with two single beds, a walk-in closet, desk with chair, and walk-in closet. The full bathroom is located in the hallway.
For your convenience, we also offer laundry facilities with washer-dryer, laundry tub, cleaning products, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. If you need to accommodate more than six people, we can provide an inflatable mattress for extra guests.
All rooms and the living room are equipped with central air conditioning.
To access the apartment, head to the street where the `Micrópolis residencial` sign is located, next to the underground parking lot of the plaza, and reach the residential parking booth.
You will have access to two private parking spaces, and at reception, you can request the access card to the residential parking. You will also have access to the ground floor (reception), second floor (direct access to parking), and seventeenth floor of the apartment tower, where the apartment is located. Access cards to the elevator must be requested at reception.
Our amenities are available only for stays longer than 30 days, including the pool, gym, terrace, BBQ grills, and lounge areas.
Direct access to Av. Eugenio Garza Sada will allow you to move easily around the city. We are less than 5 minutes from the TEC, less than 7 minutes from San Pedro Garza García, and less than 10 minutes from downtown.
Additionally, we have a chauffeur and tourist guide to provide you with excellent transportation service during your stay!

For building security and access protocol, it is necessary to present an official identification that matches the information provided in the chat upon arrival at the building.
REGLAMENTO GENERAL DEL AIRBNB
Es obligatorio leer el reglamento previo a hacer la reservación.
1. No tener volumen alto, especialmente posterior a las 10 pm, habrá multa a la primera llamada de atención.
2. Solo se le dará acceso a los huéspedes y visitas registradas en la plataforma y notificadas al anfitrión.
3. Prohibido hacer fiestas y deambular fuera del departamento con bebidas alcohólicas abiertas.
4. Se hará cobro de toallas y/o sábanas en caso de que se ensucien, ya sea por maquillaje o alguna otra sustancia.
5. PROHIBIDO fumar dentro del departamento, cualquier sustancia.
6. Solo estacionarse en el lugar indicado.
7. Se debe apagar los climas al salir del departamento.
8. No mascotas. Si son de servicio, presentar documentación.
9. Se deben dejar las tarjetas y/o llaves en el lugar mencionado por el anfitrión.
10. Se hará un cobro adicional en caso de que se exceda el consumo luz.
REGLAMENTO GENERAL DEL EDIFICIO Y AMENIDADES
1. Se debe respetar las áreas comunes del edificio, el huésped se hará responsable económicamente de cualquier daño.
2. Se debe mantener una actitud y acciones de respeto hacia vecinos y guardias.
3. Alberca y gimnasio disponible a partir de estancias mayores a 30 días.
MULTAS
Infringir cualquier punto de ambos reglamentos puede ocasionar multas a partir de $2,000 MXN.
Daños y/o extravío de blancos, mobiliario e inventario: Costo de reposición o reparación + 25% del valor por concepto de gestión.
Limpieza adicional por exceso de suciedad, derrames en telas y/o fumar dentro de la propiedad: A partir de $1,500 MXN.
Daño a la propiedad: Costo de material + Costo de mano de obra + costo de noches que se tuvieron que bloquear para reparar.
Extravío de llaves y/o tarjetas: Costo de reposición o reparación + 25% del valor por concepto de gestión
Extravío de llaves y/o tarjetas, se hará un cobro por reposición de $500 MXN.
Daños y/o pérdida de mobiliario e inventario: Se cobrará el valor del artículo (si no se reporta al anfitrión, se aplicará un cargo adicional de $1,000 MXN).
Daños a la propiedad: Valor del material + costo de mano de obra + $1,500 MXN por tiempo de reparación.
Pérdida de llaves y/o tarjetas: Se aplicará un cargo de reposición de $500 MXN.
Si no se hace el pago de alguna multa o daño durante la estancia, se podrá cancelar sin reembolso.
