If there are more than 6 guests, an inflatable mattress can be requested for extra persons.

All rooms and the living room are equipped with central air conditioning.

You must enter through the street with a sign that says `Micrópolis residencial`, located next to the underground parking of the plaza, to reach the residential parking booth.

Access to 2 private parking spots is available, and a parking access card must be requested at reception.

Access is granted to the Ground Floor (reception), 2nd floor (direct access to parking), and 28th floor of the apartment tower (where the apartment is located), and access cards for the elevator must be requested at reception.

AMENITIES AVAILABLE ONLY FOR STAYS OVER 30 DAYS, WITHOUT EXCEPTION (Pool, gym, terrace, BBQ grills, lounge areas).

Excellent option for transportation to and from the airport, as well as transportation during your stay. Subject to availability, and the cost depends on the distance.

For security and building access protocol, an official identification from each guest, matching the information provided via chat upon arrival at the building, is required.
GENERAL AIRBNB RULES
It is mandatory to read the rules prior to making a reservation.

1. The property must be returned in the same condition it was received.
2. High volume is prohibited, especially after 10 PM. A fine will be imposed upon the first warning.
3. Access will only be granted to registered guests and visitors listed on the platform and notified to the host. For security protocol and building access, a valid government-issued ID for each guest and visitor matching the information provided in the Airbnb chat must be presented upon arrival.
4. Parties are strictly prohibited, as is wandering outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages.
5. Eating or drinking on sofas and beds is not allowed. If they are stained, additional cleaning or replacement fees will apply.
6. Towels and/or sheets stained with makeup or other substances will incur an additional fee.
7. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
8. Any damage to furniture and/or inventory must be reported to the host as soon as possible.
9. Only the designated parking space may be used.
10. Air conditioning must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
11. Pets are not allowed. Service animals must be approved by the host.
12. The amenity rules must be respected.
13. Cards and/or keys must be left in the location specified by the host.

BUILDING AND AMENITY RULES

1. Use of amenities must be notified to the host 24 hours in advance and is subject to prior reservation and additional costs, if applicable.
2. Guests must comply with the rules for each amenity, as indicated in the folder inside the apartment and shown in the listing photos.
3. **AMENITIES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR STAYS LONGER THAN ONE MONTH.**
4. Common areas of the building must be respected. Guests will be financially responsible for any damage caused.


FINES

Violating any point of both the rules may result in fines ranging from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.

Couch, rug, and/or mattress stained: $2,500 MXN, previously quoted by the cleaning company ChemDry. If the stain is not removed, the full cost of the item will be charged.

Stained linens: $800 MXN per set of sheets, $500 MXN per towel, and $1,500 MXN per duvet.

Damage and/or loss of furniture and inventory: The value of the item (If not reported to the host, an additional cost of $1,000 MXN will apply).

Property damage: Material cost + Labor cost + $1,500.00 MXN for repair time.

Loss of keys and/or access cards will incur a replacement fee of $500 MXN.
