LIVING AREA
Boasting large windows and vaulted ceilings, the living area offers a sunny space in which to kick back. A large sectional provides ample seating around the 40in flat-screen TV, while a gas fireplace with stone surround creates additional allure.
KITCHEN & DINING
Indulge your inner chef in the modern kitchen, appointed with sleek granite countertops. Start your vacation days with morning coffee at the kitchen bar for three.
At mealtime, gather around the table for eight in the dining area.
BED & BATH
This condo sleeps up to eight guests between three bedrooms and the loft area.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a 32in TV, and direct access to the balcony. The adjacent bathroom includes a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds, while the third bedroom holds a king-size bed. Each bedroom also has a 32in TV. A guest bathroom offers a walk-in shower.
The loft area functions as a festive game room with additional sleeping space. Enjoy PlayStation games on the computer monitor or chess matches at the table for two. When it's time for bed, the plush sofa converts to a queen-size sleeper.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The lower balcony offers a covered retreat on sunny days. Sip drinks at the bistro table for two and enjoy the lush scenery.
Make use of an electric grill on the upper balcony and share intimate alfresco meals at the table for two.

No smoking or vaping on the property including the balcony and front of the building. You will be fined.
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Unassigned parking is available for three cars in the open community lot. There is also on-site parking for RVs and boat trailers.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal/gas grills are prohibited per local ordinances (only electric grills are permitted).
This rental does not have air-conditioning. Please note that the community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The sport courts are open from Memorial Day until the first snow.
THE LOCATION
Travel 1 mile from your front door to North Tahoe Beach. During snowy months, hit the slopes at Northstar (6 miles) or Squaw Valley (17 miles).
