This one-bedroom, hotel condo, with an extra bed and sitting area, is decorated in easy-living, log, and mountain style. We had a fantastic stay!The room and property was perfect and was in such a beautiful location!We were within walking distance from fun activities like an art fair, a food & drink festival up in the mountains (via a ski lift right next to us). Property was very nice and clean. Parking in underground parking structure which had a daily rate but was very convenient. Two beds, a king and queen. Pool and hot tub were great. Nice location away from the crowds (late summer). Our areas for improvement as others have noted was the AC ran continuously and was not able to cool room to set temperature. The ducts blow right over the primary bed so that can be annoying. It was still relatively comfortable. Check in process was a little clunky but front desk helped and host was very responsive on app. Overall we would stay here again!

It was a beautiful property. It was within walking distance to the ski lift, and a fishing pond. I guess the only negative would be the surprise charge for parking, I was caught off guard as it stated “parking provided”. That aside, it was very clean, and cozy, and in a beautiful, prime location.

Great location! This place has really beautiful, peaceful surroundings. My son loved catching fish in the ponds close by. The shuttle to downtown Park City was also a huge plus to avoid paying for parking there. (There was a 15 / day onsite parking fee to park in the garage at The Lodges). The room was more spacious than we thought it would be, There was a toaster oven (not mentioned in description when we booked). Things that could have been better were the shower curtain really needed to be replaced, A/C seemed to struggle - barely kept it cool enough during the hot summer days we had while there, and check-in was a pain due to the TPA verification software not working properly. The Lodges front desk staff were kind & helpful but it still took longer than it should have because it was difficult getting in touch with the TPA. We would stay here again.

We had a nice time overall in this fairly well-appointed space. We appreciated the large beds, the kitchen things, and the large bathroom. We absolutely loved the walk around the lake across from the development, and we had a wonderful time at the pool. Communication was also very good. Unfortunately, this probably wasn't the best room for our situation: I didn't quite realize that there were skylights everywhere which meant it didn't get dark enough for our toddler to take a nap. There was also carpet everywhere, and when plans changed and we ended up eating dinner in the room, it would have been nice to have even a small table and chairs because we didn't want to spill things on upholstery, so we all sat on the floor around the coffee table which wasn't ideal. I'd probably advise against this room with young children. As far as potential problems, I hate saying this because I know cleaning crews work so hard, but the bathroom needed a good scrub: there's stuff running down the walls, and the shower curtain has black moldy spots all along the bottom. We also didn't realize that there's a door that connects to a whole, separate apartment below us, and although there's a lock, it didn't feel as secure; had we know that, we might not have booked the room. Overall, it was a fine stay, and if you don't need some specific routine stuff for kids, it's probably a really good space. We said we'd look for other units in the complex or nearby because we loved the location.
