The Space:

Escape to this exquisite, 4,900-square-foot home in the coveted Caldera Springs community! This beautifully decorated and furnished vacation rental offers plenty of space for your next family vacation, corporate retreat, or couples' trip. Outside, this home features a furnished patio, a soothing, private hot tub, and a gas grill - perfect for summertime barbecues! Be sure to bring your swimsuits for dips in the community's lakefront infinity pool with a lava tube water slide at the Quarry Pool. You'll also find basketball and tennis courts and a playground for kids. Sunriver holds a special place in the hearts of visitors for its breathtaking scenery and endless entertainment options. Discover nine miles of scenic hiking and biking trails nearby that showcase this area's natural beauty. Visiting golfers will want to bring their clubs and challenge the seasonal 18-hole Lost Tracks or Quail Run Golf Courses. Plan a rafting adventure on the Deschutes River in the summer, or take a 20-mile drive northwest to hit the slopes at Mt. Bachelor during the winter months. And if you're looking to shop or dine, visit the Village at Sunriver, a little over a mile north, for restaurants, boutiques, and a variety of year-round activities.



Inside this sprawling getaway, you'll find a luxurious, open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, quality finishes, and loads of natural light. The well-equipped gourmet kitchen, which includes a heated island, is sure to be a highlight for the visiting chefs in your group, while meals can be enjoyed nearby at one of two dining tables.



Spend your evenings making the most of the warm and inviting living area with its vaulted ceilings, designer furnishings, gorgeous gas fireplace, and 65' TV. On the upper level, there's a recreation room with a TV, sectional, full-size pool table, and foosball table for when you're up for a little friendly competition.



Two playpens, a high chair, and two washer/dryers are provided. All the bedrooms are suites.

We were disappointed that the WiFi signal was constantly going in and out through our stay. The TV downstairs was rarely receiving a signal so no football games for the boys. Also the WiFi signal was affecting people getting some quick work done on their laptops. Fantastic house with WiFi from 1990.

The house is spacious and beautiful! The beds are comfortable. A bathroom for every bedroom is amazing! The game room upstairs was fun and engaging for our team. We had a great experience at the home and we would love to return in the future.

Awesome experience

Exactly as described in the photos. 6 groups of family and friends stayed and we all had relaxed & memorable week. Great that each room has full bathroom and I loved the big kitchen. Gated community so it was super quiet and safe to bike around. We will be back

Perfect house for multiple families

This house was perfect for us! Each couple had their own King bed with en-suite bathroom. The kids enjoyed the bunk room. The main living space was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would easily recommend this house and would definitely choose to stay here again! Thank you!

Great house, great location.

Fantastic house, our group loved it. Great layout with every bedroom having its own bathroom as well. The kitchen was to die for, I still miss it! The linens were washed with a very fragrant detergent which bothered a few people who are sensitive to that. Very strong internet connection for remote workers/online gaming.

Great place for mountain play

Wonderful and large spaces for gathering as a group. The king bedrooms were lovely and made housing a large group a breeze. The four car max is a pain as that is not realistic for 16 people. Finding the extra parking was difficult online, but easy enough to drive to once we found it. There probably was directions in the guest book, but I didn’t check.

Best Family Vacation

We've a large family with 10 adults and 7 kiddos. The house was tastefully decorated but not over the top, comfortable, kitchen very well equipped (we cooked in) we set up kuub in the forest out back, corn hole on the side, LOVED the Caldera pool, bikes, lawn to play water balloons on... Just everything! Space enough and good separation for all of us to have the best time ever. Only wished the outside patio was a bit bigger. We will most definitely be back!

Gorgeous house but missing details

Three families for a total of 16 people. Third time in Bend. Beautiful home. Game room upstairs was big fun, although arcade games didn't work. Each bedroom having an attached full bathroom was priceless. The layout and size of the home allowed us to feel comfortable but not on top of each other. The property was perfect for a large group such as ours and the neighborhood was beautiful, located a quick bike ride away from Sunriver Village. The few downers were: The fire pit did not work properly from the beginning and the hot tub broke almost right away as well. Management responded right away for the fire pit and showed us a work around, but we never heard back about the hot tub, nor did it get fixed. Two of the bikes had flat tires and two more had to have their handlebars tightened, they were so wobbly. All this to say that while the house was spotless, it appeared that no one was checking on the 'amenities' to make sure they were also in good working order. We left bikes at home because we thought we would have some to use. One more important detail we learned is that because this house is not managed by Sunriver Properties, you do not have access to the lakes in the neighborhood nor the golf course. Many other amenities around Sunriver were not available to us for the same reason. Something to consider if golfing or floating is something you'd like to do.
