This well-equipped getaway boasts all the comforts of a home away from home and will surely help guests relax and leave all of their worries at the door. Inside, you'll come across a bright and tasteful interior decor with comfortable furnishings throughout. Prepare quick snacks in the fully equipped kitchen and kick back and relax in the living room. Here you'll find a set of inviting sofas strategically placed near a wall-mounted, flatscreen TV–stream your favorite Netflix series and don't miss an episode! Feeling cold? The gas fireplace will warm up the entire place in a matter of seconds. As previously mentioned, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make cooking a breeze, but if you'd like to truly surprise your friends, the private gas grill in the deck will do the trick. The deck is another great place to gather with your friends; it comes equipped with a couple of snug chairs and the grill. Plus, if you're sad about leaving your dog behind at doggy care, there's no need to worry! Sunrise Serenity is a dog-friendly retreat and your dog is welcome to join you all.

If you're looking forward to relaxing and simply enjoying yourself, the sleepy town of Manzanita is a perfect choice. Downtown Manzanita is just over one mile away from your front door and there you'll find all the dining options and stores needed– no more, no less. It's a peaceful town offering less commerce and a slower pace of life compared to Cannon Beach and Seaside. However, if you feel like you need a little fix of city life, Cannon Beach is 15.5 miles north. The beach at Manzanita stretches for five miles, from the base of Neahkanie Mountain to the mouth of the Nehalem River. Hiking enthusiasts can trek up to the Neahkahnie Mountain summit (six miles away)–the views along the shoreline down to Tillamook Bay are magnificent

This is a great vacation house. It was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. There is a lovely view of mountains and trees from the deck. The area around the house has good walking paths.

The home was comfortable and met our needs. We appreciated the use of the garage to park our car. A garage opener would have been appreciated.

Family reunion at the beach

A very comfortable home. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Nice master suite and two other bedrooms with comfortable beds. The backyard deck was so relaxing, sheltered from wind and surrounded by trees. Very private. It is further from manzanita strip and the beach than I expected but that would not prevent me from returning there. One other great thing was we had access to a big garage to put all our bikes, coolers, etc..

Family time

Lovely home just as you enter a gated community. The furnishings are comfy. Great deck and garage access. Could walk to state park and trails. Big kitchen. We left a note that the fridge water dispenser seemed clogged, the dishwasher soap dispenser wouldn't always open while on and we often had to do dishes twice. A raccoon got into garbage so not sure if there is a way to prevent this. These were just minor issues that didn't impact a fun and relaxing trip at a great location!

Great location in a quiet subdivision. The home was very clean, comfortable, and close to coastal town activities. Extra linens were available for each bathroom and bedroom. There is a lovely view of the distant mountains from the back deck.

Quiet home near the coast

We loved staying in this home near the ocean. It's a few miles from the closest beach but a perfect spot and size to stay with your family. We stayed here with our three kids (12, 10 and 7) and it fit us perfectly. One rainy day, we pulled out one of the puzzles to put together. We made use of the kitchen and laundry room fairly often and had what we needed for each (the dryer takes a few cycles to actually get clothes dry so be patient with that!). It was nice to have a sink in the laundry room to rinse off sandals and such. Our only suggestion would be to have one or two more stools along the table behind the couch, but it's really not necessary. It really was such a wonderful place to stay for the week and I would book it again in a heartbeat!
