Hi, Sydney! The windows are scheduled for a cleaning at the beginning of October, the home has been thoroughly cleaned, and the tub drain has been unclogged. Thank you!

Hello Irwin, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We apologize to hear that your stay didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with the hot tub jets, grill, missing items, and cleanliness concerns, especially when you were looking forward to a relaxing getaway. We strive to provide accurate listings and comfortable homes, and we regret that we fell short this time. We reviewed the maintenance report about the blender, and noticed our local team acted promptly by delivering a new blender for your convenience. We wish you had given us an opportunity to address your other concerns, and we'd have been more than happy to send our local team to address them promptly and make your stay more comfortable. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again soon.

Please know that your feedback is essential, and we have passed your comments along to our local manager, who will work with the homeowner to make any updates. We truly hope to have the opportunity to impress you in the future.
