The Space:

Welcome to Sunriver, where there’s something for nature-lovers and city-dwellers alike. This home is in the perfect location - with quick access to Mount Bachelor and the Deschutes River, near the Sunriver shops and restaurants, and only 20 miles from Bend.



This woodsy home is all comfort and convenience. Lounge in the living room, light up the fireplace and turn on the TV to browse your favorite channels and shows. When you get hungry, head into the well-appointed kitchen to cook up something delicious with your group. At night, rest your head in one of three bedrooms, two of which have their own TVs. The primary bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom and a workspace including a desk and computer monitor.



When the weather’s right, spend time on the deck grilling and soaking up the sun.

A baby gate is available for use.

Guests must use their own accounts to access TV streaming services.

Warm, Comfortable Home

We used this home as our base for our Mt. Bachelor ski trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing missing is a hot tub for sore legs after a long day of skiing.

Lovely home and great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay celebrating a big birthday with our family. The house is roomy and beautifully furnished with all the comforts of home and a fully stocked kitchen. We loved the quiet secluded location and close proximity to the Village. We would definitely stay here again.

Family time in Sunriver

We loved this rental house. It had WiFi, cozy fireplace and lots of wood and keyless entry. It was near Sunriver and Mt. Bachelor. The house was big and clean. We would come back and recommend it to anyone who wants a cozy getaway.

We stayed in the area due to necessity, we liked the peace and quiet a lot. There were some cleanliness issues upon arrival that were disappointing considering the fees charged, but otherwise had a good experience.

Quiet rental

We enjoyed this property. The listing was accurate. Our only suggestion for the property would be to provide beach towels for those renting like our family that forgot to bring beach towels to use while exploring the Sunriver area and going to SHARC. Overall property was very nice!

Awesome house & super clean!!

Awesome adorable house, super clean & very quiet. My family of 4 met our nephew & his sons in sunriver for the weekend. This house was perfect for our stay, everyone had plenty if room. Very accessible to all Sunriver activities & the Sunriver resort. We are already talking about using this house again next summer. Can't wait to go back!

Bend home

Beautiful house. Would definitely stay again. Could use some Cobb web cleaning, lots of webs from the ceiling. Also disappointing that the jets in the jacuzzi bath tub did not work in the master bathroom.

Great vacation home

The house was very clean. It was open to the front room, the dining room and the kitchren. The deck was large with a nice set of dining table and chairs. No stairs which I loved because of knee problems. Water pressure was low for showers.

Relaxing Getaway

This home is driving distance from Sunriver Village. It worked perfect for us ( senior couple) and adult children. The kitchen was nicely stocked for food preparation . We used the grill and sat outdoors too. Garage was practical to store bikes. Everything worked perfectly and we enjoyed being in a quiet place and still 5 minutes away from Sunriver Village.

Cozy clean cabin

Very comfortable cabin for our family trip over the holidays. Comfy beds and nice fireplace and lots of firewood. Kitchen had the basics, no wine glasses and the water fridge filter needed changing, but generally was adequate for basic meal prep. It snowed quite a bit and the driveway was not plowed so our cars got stuck multiple times trying to get out to the street. There were, however, shovels and salt bins available to work our way out.

Beautiful place

The house is very nice but smaller. Decor is simple and nice. The weather was such that we didn’t need to use heat or A/C. No yard for playing, no bikes, gravel roads. A great home base for meals and relaxing but plan on going out for most of the day especially if you have many kids in your group. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, and various other things- all still in good condition. A few spices left in the cabinet came in handy. The beds (mattresses) are still comfortable at this time. Everything from eye level down was clean (a bit dusty up higher). Well stocked toiletries but only enough complimentary laundry detergent to start that first load of laundry on your way out so don’t forget to bring your own!

Hidden from Fireworks

We just loved the location of this home. Not in the rush of Sunriver itself but seconds away. We went to hide out so our mini Aussie wouldn't have to struggle another year with the fireworks in the Valley by our home. Happy to report that there were a few the night before the 4th, but on the 4th itself, very quiet. Very well stocked home with all that you need. Felt very clean, however the blinds need to either be deep cleaned or replaced. They were pretty dirty. We had to call for maintenance as the thermostat stopped working. Service response people were excellent and came right away, then Bend Heating/Cooling came out in a couple of hours and had to fix something that the repair guys couldn't. Very happy with their response time. We will definitely rent again!

Amazing Service/Beautiful Property

This property is absolutely beautiful! My husband and I visited Sunriver for our anniversary but a family could easily stay here as well. The rooms are spacious, the light is perfect. The setting is rustic and peaceful with plenty of woods surrounding the property and plenty of deer, birds and even a few rabbits stopping by to say hello. There is a large stone fire place, large televisions in every room, a full kitchen with dishes and silverware and most everything that we all forget to pack when we are planning to dine in during our stay somewhere. There is a grill and a good size deck around back with hanging lights and a large sitting area perfect for any meal or just sitting out and enjoying the evening. The living room is very comfortable the couches are soft leather and roomy and their is an adjoining dining room. The master bedroom has a comfy king size bed with a reading nook, a large TV and connecting bathroom with a HUGE tub and shower (if you're in more of a hurry.) Really, this place was just lovely. The staff was so courteous, they checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and even refilled the propane for the grill so we could barbecue-(the process was seamless.) The property is dog friendly, we brought ours. Everything was absolutely immaculate. We will certainly try to reserve this property again.
