The home has two flat screen TVs with cable, wi-fi, DVD collection, games, at least ten bikes, eight SHARC passes, an oversize large two-car garage with ping pong and foosball tables, and a large driveway with parking for at least six cars. The home is conveniently situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac that provides a great place for kids to ride bikes. The home is off Circle 4 and very close to Fort Rock Park (about a five-minute bike ride).

The kitchen has everything you will need to make delicious complete meals or quick snacks so you can get back outside to enjoy activities at Sunriver. Start your day by using the Keurig coffee maker. Many windows throughout bring the outside in and provide you with a front row view of the deer, birds, squirrels, and other wildlife that frequently stop by.

The upstairs level features a large master bedroom with its own separate bathroom, a king bed, a bunk bed, and plenty of closet space for your things. In addition to the greatroom, dining room, and kitchen, on the main level you will find two bedrooms with newer queen beds, a large bathroom with tub/shower, and a large separate laundry room.

All of the amenities of Sunriver are a short walk or bike ride away, including the SHARC for swimming and tubing, lazy river, water slides, tennis, pickleball, disc golf, and basketball. Bring your helmets for biking on some of the best paths around, taking you to unbeatable views of the river, mountains, and meadows. Sunriver golf is legendary, so bring your clubs. Float the Deschutes River on rented equipment or bring your own. Ride horses or visit the Nature Center and Observatory. Bring your camera for stunning mountain, meadow, river, and wildlife photography. Stargaze on stunningly clear Central Oregon nights on the back deck or relax by the woodstove to get ready for another wonderful day at Sunriver.
