Pontos positivos: Limpeza, check-in, comunicação e localização
Overall the stay was excellent, everything was clean and the location was great. The only issue we ran into was that the listing says the house sleeps 9 people but there are only beds for 6. They are counting the couch and some cots as beds, which might work for kids, but as a group of all adults was disappointing. Couch was comfortable at least, but did have noticeable crumbs in the crevices.

We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found everything clean and the location to your liking. It sounds like you made the most of your time in Seaside, which is wonderful to hear. We appreciate your feedback regarding the sleeping arrangements. The listing does mention the total capacity, including the couch and cots, but we understand how that can be a bit misleading for a group of all adults. We’re glad to hear the couch was comfortable, though we apologize for the crumbs you found. We’ll make sure our cleaning team pays extra attention to those details moving forward. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and we hope to welcome you back for another stay in the future!

Clean and Close

This house has everything we needed for our Seaside getaway. House is newer and clean compare to other rentals we stayed at in the past. Love how it is blocks away from the beach and 15mins walk to town. Would definitely book again!

Great experience

This house was an excellent fit for our family of four — just a short walk to the beach, the promenade, and all the shops and restaurants. It’s well stocked with sand toys for the kids and had a nice open modern kitchen for cooking. We had a wonderful time!

The perfect family getaway !

What an amazing vacation home! Our family enjoyed the beautiful open layout of the home to also include the fenced back yard for the children to play. Minutes away from the soft sandy beach of seaside and the house was stocked with almost everything you could need for a fun beach day. Lastly, internet was fast and both my wife and I had no issues working remotely. Highly recommend!!

Seaside getaway!!! 🌊

We absolutely loved our extended weekend! Our rental was a perfect home base for our activities. Walking distance to most areas, even the beach! The house itself was well furnished, it was equipped with everything we needed. We had plenty of extra linens, and an extra fold away cot in the closet. The beds, each one was extremely comfortable, everyone had great nights of sleep.

Wonderful! Highly recommend

Serenity in Seaside was the perfect place for our Mother/Daughter getaway. So close to the beach and downtown Seaside. Super clean, nicely appointed. Our beds were so comfy and we both slept well every night. The decor is right on point with being at the beach. We had a challenge with the door lock and the management responded quickly to remedy our issue. Again, highly recommend this property.

Dirty floors and counters

The house was beautiful outside and in. It accommodated our family of 8 with a large shared spaced with comfortably furniture and great sleeping bedrooms with nice linens and comfortable beds. We were disappointed on arrival when we entered the house and found the counters sticky and toe nail clippings on the floor of the main bathroom. It gave us a very unclean feeling. We all pitched in and cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms counters, tables along with sweeping the floors. With eight of us staying in the house we quickly went through the half rolls of toilet paper that each bathroom had with no replacements. Going to the store during the late hour of the evening was not convenient. The management did sent four rolls over by the following morning.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us. We are glad to hear that you found the home beautiful and comfortable for your family’s stay, with spacious areas and cozy bedrooms. However, we are truly sorry to learn about the cleanliness issues you encountered upon arrival. That is certainly not the experience we want for our guests, and we completely understand how that would have made you feel uncomfortable. We appreciate you and your family pitching in to tidy up, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the limited supplies, especially the toilet paper situation late at night. We are glad our local team was able to respond quickly and deliver additional rolls the next morning. Your feedback is very important, and we will be sure to share it with our local team to help improve our cleaning standards and stocking procedures Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a flawless stay in the future.
