Very happy with our recent stay at this property. The listing description and photos were accurate. The check-in process could not have been smoother. The property was clean and quiet. We stayed 10 nights. I have vacationed in Hilton Head for 30 years now and stayed at many different properties (mostly on Shipyard plantation). This property has all the basics covered.Our crawling one-year-old could not get enough of the two different step downs on the first floor (from the front door into the kitchen area and then from the dining room area to where the couches are). He thought those were the best and they provided hours of free entertainment for two tired parents. The property does have a few quirks such as the kitchen faucet for the dual sinks doesn’t turn, so to use the garbage disposal you have to pull the faucet hose out and hold it in that section of sink. There is also obvious prior water damage on the ceilings and baseboards. Overall, the place was great and we would definitely stay here again.The pool was fantastic. I don’t think we could have rented a condo in this community any closer to the pool and yet you couldn’t see it from the front area or hear anything. The ocean is a quick bike ride away (.9 miles). When we were there though, there was plenty of parking available near the private Shipyard beach access that we drove most of the time given the gear we had. We loved riding our bikes on the ocean in the morning, Definitely recommend renting bikes.

Great Place

Great place for a relaxing vacation for families and couples wanting to get away. People are VERY friendly and we will return again. Shipyard area is the best and very close to everything HHI has to offer.

Great Stay

Stayed in Evian numerous times and this is very well equipped in the kitchen and is very nicely updated. One of favorites for sure.

Vacation at Shipyard Plantation

Our stay at Shipyard was wonderful. Nice villa and easy access and close to the Cross Island Parkway for trips around the Island. Extra bonus is the tolls have been discontinued on the Parkway!

Evian vacation

This was a great place. Was clean and lots of room . Very quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed our coffee in the mornings sitting on the patio watching the golfers. Our vacation was very enjoyable and we would love to come back.

Evian the best kept secret at Shipyard

The location is perfect for golf and for the beach. The layout of the townhouse is very nice. We have been coming to Evian 275 for 7 years, and signed up for next year. It's ideal for my sister and myself.

Had a great time.

Even though the weather was unusually warm, we had a good experience at Shipyard Evian. Our condo was in a nice area. We would have appreciated a couple of beach chairs and/or towels available. It was clean and comfortable.

Awesome Location

It’s the perfect neighborhood for biking — so many flat paths full of nature (and alligators!). This neighborhood also gives you access to a pool about 20 steps away and a free beach parking pass. The two-story townhome provides lots of space to find some alone/away time too.

FANTASTIC!

Excellent location with rear view of lagoon and golf course. Entire villa was immaculate. Love the quietness of Evian. Shipyard has been our resort of choice for over 20 years. The Vacasa experience was pain free.
